Everyone here is a dream to work with! I had gone through at least three fast talking "car salesmany" (I know that isn't a word but you know what I mean) business loan companies who waste time and never deliver what they promise and I am so fortunate to have found Credibility Capital! It is time to expand my already successful global brand and I could not have had a better financial partner with which to do so. Honest, extremely efficient, professional, and friendly! You will be very happy working with this amazing company!

Overall a great experience Melina was very helpful in getting us approved. I did get a loan through CRB and they did close. However I also have a 2nd company I did through Credibility and we did it through their 2nd lender North Eastern without any response and had to withdrew from the loan and switched to PayPal from Swift. The process from the lender CRB was smooth and there was some backend issues with the lender CRB but I am glad those were worked out

This company is just like the rest of the loan sharks, LIARS.
had a loan with them, business fell off and was told they would redo contract, then the covid 19 comes along and now being bullied by a law firm of new jersey. That tells us payoff or court. This is not a good company.
The tell you one thing and then do another. This guy Michael tell's me the lady named Lisa I was dealing with has been laid off and now cant talk to her.
He is their front boy. do business with someone else!!!!!

I am writing to correct a mistake that I made concerning this company which was directed toward another company with a similar name. Credibility reached out to me today and offered to assist me in addressing the problem.
The gentleman that called my was first class.
I rated this company a 5 and they deserve it.

Update: The company reached out and rectified the situation. I wished that it would not have been this complicated to reach to someone, but I appreciate their reaching out to close the case.

The company named Credibility Capital is only a company is not a bank. They just gathered loan documents to their contracted banks. Although the loan may seem easy to be approved and funded, the nightmare came after that. After closing the loan documents, they forward all your information to a company named Contract Care to handle the billing and all inquiries. The Crediibility Capital rep who you worked with WILL NOT be able to help you with anything anymore moving forward.

The Contract Care is a horrible company, as they mixed up all your files and told me a prolonged maturation date that will keep charging you even when the loan ends. If you don't keep a close record on your account payment especially if it is auto-debited, then you will be easily overcharged. They also mistakenly put late fee in account even though my monthly is already auto-debited. The rep said ' don't worry we can waive the late fee.' But I was not subjected to any late fee to begin with! They also charge ridiculous early payment fee say if you want to pay the loan in the month 2 weeks. In order to correct these fees, you will need to call them at their one and only number, which takes me about 50+ tries to reach anyone live. Everything goes to voicemail. Once spoken to 3 different people, no one gave the same information and unable to help. The first person would claim the money already debited from my bank account was never received by them, and that there was a late fee and a balance, whereas the second person would say it was received, but there was another late fee. (?)

I had to go back to look at my account payment from day 1 to prevent this scam. I paid everything on time from day 1 and never missed a payment. NEVER EVER AGAIN FOR THIS COMPANY! Currently still fighting for their overcharged after the loan ends. If you do not want to go through what I went through, avoid at all cost. Go for a more reputable bank with a physical location and easy to reach representative who will not take advantage of you.

They got us financed in a very tenuous economic environment. Appreciate their confidence!

This was a straightforward, quick process. Carl was great, responsive, and everything was very transparent. Even the call with the underwriters was painless, and they really understood my business, which, because what we do is not commonly known, is paramount when looking at funding. I highly recommend Credibility Capital, and I've worked with multiple lenders, from traditional to not, and these guys were the best.

Oh, and the terms were reasonable and fair.

My Rep was Carl.. He was absolutely awesome. Took the time to get to know my business and what my needs were. Then Made it work. I had a very difficult and complex situation, but he figured out the right program, and I could not be happier!
