The team was well informed and extremely helpful. The security during the transition was excellent. I felt the process was streamlined and without difficulty. I can highly recommend them.

Great company

Gaston was excellent! I got answered very quick and even though the underwriter was late on responding in a timely manner, Gaston was still able to work out something that worked for us. The only problem we had is the underwriter said we could not have a 24 month term so we went with another company for more interest so when the loan went through we wound up paying an extra 20,000 on fees. But Gaston stuck with his original agreement and got us better terms to drop our monthly payments.

The entire team, especially Michael and Sam, were a pleasure to work with. This is our second loan with Credibility and we would definitely work with them again.

From beginning to closing this was a good experience. Their rates and terms were better than other proposals we had received. Their underwriting process and closing was efficient. And we felt a definite personal touch from people that obviously care about their clients.

Melina was incredible to work with. You felt like she was a partner and not just someone trying to audit you. She was patient, kind and was very open in letting me as the customer know what the rationale for everything they asked for was. She's a star and they are lucky to have someone so passionate about what she does with them. I also spoke with Mr, Rambler who I believe is the COO as I had some concerns about the language in the loan documents. He was also very pleasant and clear on what the language meant and was willing to work with me to make me comfortable with it. The rates are reasonable for unsecured cash and I hope more small businesses like mine look to them. I plan to use them again in the future.
