I was dealing with Devon Scott I told him I had a loan out and keep tell me he could get me approved so the next day he say everyone denied me except him and his banker so he asked for my ID and void check. And after 8 hr of no contact I contacted him just to tell me I’m denied after giving my void check I hope my account is not tampered with!!!

Our team here at Credibly works hard to explore funding options across multiple partners. In your case, we were able to secure a conditional approval with a funding partner and prepare contracts based on the initial review. However, all applications go through a final underwriting step with the lender, and that review resulted in a decline. The time gap you experienced was simply the period required for that final underwriting determination to come back.
To directly address your concern: the ID and voided check are standard requirements used only for identity verification and to set up funding if an application is approved. We have no ability to access or tamper with your bank account using this information.
We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope this provides some clarity. If you have any additional questions, please feel free to reach out.
