Everything went so smoothly and quickly. The people I dealt with were very knowledgeable and professional. They kept me informed during the process.
Credit9 was founded in 2017 and offers personal loans to consumers based on their credit history and financial situation. Our Loan Consultants assist with the credit application and the transparent approval process ensures we offer competitive rates with easy-to-understand terms. Credit9 loans range from $2,500 to $50,000, with terms up to 60 months, and provide a fixed interest rate with no prepayment penalties. Consolidating debts into a personal loan allows a borrower to make one fixed monthly payment that won’t fluctuate and may reduce the interest paid compared to traditional revolving credit issuers. Funds are typically disbursed within two business days, and our loan servicing team can assist with any payment-related questions.

Had a great experience working with Courtney who was absolutely amazing, compassionate and really supportive. She has great follow up and took the time to explain everything and walk me through the process. The credit 9 team and her went the extra mile!

Alex M. was very attentive to my concerns. He answered my emails almost immediately with great answers. That is a plus. He noticed I was ready for my next stage and communicated all I needed to do. He was very knowledgeable and patient with me. I appreciate the partner team, Americor, as well. 10 Stars!

Credit 9 gave me a $20,000 loan after I had gone through a debt settlement program withAdvantage Law. Advantage Law talks about reducing your debt and giving you out of credit card debt and helping you. However, I think they should use a different loan company. If I could have found a nonprofit debt settlement company I would have. I only saved about $6000 on a $40,000 debt. But I will say that they stopped the interest and I don’t regret doing that part.
Part of the plan is after you have settled with all of your creditors, they have a loan company help you pay that off so that your credit can start to go back up. Advantage Law uses a company called Credit 9.
Credit 9 gave me a $20,000 loan to pay off the remainder of my debt with a 25% APR and I also had to pay a $1200 origination fee. I understand they’re in the business to make money, but I do think that is a ridiculous and predatory interest rate and I wish I would have shopped around for a different loan company. They wanted to put me on a three-year payment plan of almost $1000 a month and I would’ve paid almost $10,000 in interest had I stayed with their plan.
They paid off my debt with it Advantage Law before they even sent me the paperwork to sign. Then I was stuck with that stupid origination fee. It feels like they’re doing you a favor, but they are making a lot of money off of you. Shop around.

I am submitting this complaint to formally express my dissatisfaction with my experience with Credit9 and Americor.
From the beginning, Credit9 engaged in deceptive and misleading practices. Key details regarding how my payments would be allocated were not clearly disclosed. Funds were withdrawn from my account without transparent explanation of where the money was going or how it was being applied. This lack of transparency is unacceptable for a financial services company.
Additionally, I was misled regarding interest rates, fees, and overall cost. The terms presented verbally did not align with what ultimately occurred, resulting in overcharges that were never clearly justified. When seeking clarification, communication was vague, inconsistent, or avoided entirely.
At no point was I provided with full, honest disclosure of the program’s structure, fees, or risks. This conduct reflects poor business ethics and a failure to act in good faith toward consumers who are already in financially vulnerable situations.
Based on my experience, I believe Credit9 prioritizes profit over transparency and consumer protection. I would strongly caution anyone considering this company to thoroughly research alternatives and demand all terms in writing before proceeding.
This complaint is submitted in good faith and accurately reflects my experience as a customer.

Scam company will offer to find a personal loan for you to pay off as a lump sum on your credit cards. In actuality it's a debt relief program. Stop paying your credit cards and pay us instead. Rack up the debt and interest fees on your side will we negotiate with the lenders to get your balance lower with no guarantee we'll get anything for you. Do this for 6 months and we'll take off and run with the money you paid us.

On your reply to me, I sent an email to the "Office of the president at Americor. I emailed the president explaining everything, did not get a reply. Through some contacts I found out credit9 is not associated with Americor, as told by Americor customer service, I was directed back to credit9. Why would this company tell me to email the president of Americor, when they know it wasn't where I should go. Another proof of they're shady practices. I was told by the collection agent yesterday, at credit9 that if I had made the two missed payments my balance would've been $683, but that is incorrect, it would've been $170 to $180 since this month was the last payment on my loan with credit9. It is instead $1283, a big jump. They will receive they're Blood money but I will have nothing more to do with this company and I suggest anyone reading this to look and check out other companies for help. Don't deal with Rip off companies. Thanks for no help in this matter and I wonder is there a President of Credit9? Who really knows!!!

Credit 9 was very helpful and is helping me with the necessary steps to get my credit back on track. Low monthly payments are a plus also. All my debts are settled and I'm on my way to being debt free
Credit9 helped me get a loan to consolidate my loans with very low monthly payments which helped my financial situation and budget.
The agent assigned to me Gabriel was very helpful and caring. He was always following up with me through email and phone calls. I would definitely recommend Credit9.
I initially had an issue with an Americor payment placed as a credit on my C9 loan when it was supposed to be refunded to me. I was told twice that a refund request was submitted, but never told it wasn't approved because it had already been applied as a credit to my new C9 loan. Then I had to request the C9 consultant to correct the payment ACH date to coordinate with my pay dates so insufficient funds would not occur. In order for me to make the payment on the correct payroll date, they had to cancel the ACH. When I went into the C9 app, it wouldn't let me make the payment manually on the day it was due. I tried several times and it was too late to call in. I tried again the next day and it would only allow me to make a double payment because my first payment was now past due. I paid the double payment of $476.62 which left me in a financial bind. There needs to be more work done on the C9 app to make if more user-friendly and to function properly. I saw other app complaints in the reviews. When I called to have the second payment refunded which was due on my next payroll date, I was very fortunate to work with C9 consultant, Lena, who resolved my issues by setting up the refund for the overpayment and making sure my ACH withdrawals were on my pay dates. i never had a problem with Americor until the switch to the C9 loan. So far, the C9 consultants have responded quickly to my emails and calls. As long as I receive final letters from all the creditors that have been paid off, I don't expect any issues with C9 going forward.

I had the pleasure of working with Dylan. He was patient, and listened to all my concerns. He had the answers to everything I asked him, and was so professional. I could not have asked for a better Loan Consultant to lead me through this. The most important thing that he said to me, was he wanted to be sure that I understood & approved everything. he stayed on the phone with me until he was sure that I understood, and that I was sure
This is a great choice when you want to be debt free. Credit 9 was really good when I was starting a loan with them but once you started in the program they have Sh1++y customer service. The app doesn't work, the chat in the app doesn't give you a definitive answer. I tried emailing them but no reply and its been 2 weeks since I emailed. I called and someone said they will look into my inquiry but ofc no one's calling me back. I sent another email to follow up and no reply.
Don't schedule an additional payment, mine are missing, so I learned my lesson the hard way and I can't even look at my balance because the app isn't working.
So avoid! if you can, try another service if you can research more, because this one is just bad customer service when you're already in their program.

Credit 9 is a great company that has helped me reach my credit goals and they can help you too.
Started out with Americor payments were made on time Americor worked with me I had only a couple hiccups but nothing that could not get resolved, I wasn't financially able to make extra payments so I did the bare minimum after 2 years I was at the end of the program. I then got to switch over to credit nine to fulfill my agreement and add some more debt to my program I was able to get it paid off about $20,000 the settlements were more sometimes than half I was very pleased customer service was excellent and if I have to ever use them in the future I definitely would I've never had any problems with either company I give them both five star rating you're very professional company.
When asking for a loan, agent was rude and kept putting me down about my debt. I pay my bills on time and needed assistance. I didn't need someone to tell me what I'm doing wrong. Yes or no would have been suffice. Had to hang up on them because they kept putting me down.
