Lacking Follow Up
The initial intake was amazing but I’m pretty disappointed in the lack of updates. Some of the creditors who I was told were included still have no record of an agreement and there’s been no response to my emails. The dashboard online isn’t the greasiest as far as clarity (on mobile) either. A weak 3/5 tbh

Very helpful and professional
I called Credit Canada seeking advice for my son who was facing some financial challenges.
