Fidelity credit card under Elan financial services is the card in question. Do not get this credit card. They will not protect you from fraudulent activities. They are borderline incompetent in dealing with problems.

Tried to apply for M & S credit card.
Applied two weeks before Xmas.
Had immediately approval. Still waiting for card. Have had 6 telephone discussion with admin department. We will chase and apologies.
Still waiting.
Giving up will look elsewhere.
There admin department/ system is very poor. Very concerned if I had a card and had a urgent problem 🥹

Hi I need help with my card is not working

I like it so far really looking forward to finding my future with there help.I have never had credit good or bad but truly think with the right card program I could maintain manage and progress greatly with my business experience in sales the future is looking bright Dam I'm hype show us the money baby😎😎😎

My wife signed up for a really bad credit card through a site called geek wallet or something. The card was horrible. The rate was like 25% interest and if they could have they would have taken our house. I went to google and found these guys and their reviews were dead nuts honest. My wife got a capital one card and has never been happier. We got rid of that rag card thanks to these guys. If ya want a good site go to the insider, that’s what me and the old lady say. -Jim

Ok, so like the other reviews here, this is my first use of Credicardinsider.com. I have an issue with credit reference agencies which has to be addressed. The site is very simple to use, the guidance I needed was extremely easy to find and in simple language to understand. Its 21:30 and I was able to connect to live chat at this time of night. Site has been saved to favourites now and I have no doubt I will be returning to it for future guidance. Totally recommend this sit.

I used this website to find a rewards card for my wife, who has excellent credit. After going to a lot of other sites, I found this site on Google and explored. This is by far the best, most transparent site I came across. My wife has been using her card for a few months now and is happy with the result.

I just had my first encounter with them and they were really great! It didn't take long to realize they know what they're doing and they're extremely knowledgeable.
I had concerns and questions regarding credit cards and during our ônsite chat i was given info, links, and trusted advice!
I've been use to using credit karma so it was very refreshing to find an alternative to them. A very trusted and compelling alternative.
So my opinion is if you're looking for true and easy help and questions these people are your answer!
