I would not use this company
I would not use this company. It has been nearly a year and I still have not received my certificate of completion, when you're in the IVA they chase you for money etc. Please be aware you should receive your certificate around 12 weeks after completion. Please find a reputable company to use

All gone to pot at the final stage
Unfortunately they fell at the last hurdle.
Over six months since my IVA completed and I’ve heard zilch from them. No closing statement nothing which means I’m unable to remove the IVA from credit file despite completing my end of the contract. Credit fix have failed to keep to their end of the contract.
Called their line, IVR says 3-6 months. So I chase it by webchat and email to be told it’s not even been looked at yet and it will be escalated but continue to hear nothing.
Do not go with credit fix if you actually want to get out of the IVA at the end of the payment period! Such a shame as I would have had a much better opinion and left a better rating had they got this bit right.
