Waste of time and money,, Credit Q is working for subscription money, Unable to settle disputes, They make you happy by promise, agreement for settlement, they slowly join hands with defaulter. Ask you for settlement with loss.

Credit q team giving wrong information for agreement, i took membership for 2 years, after wards they are asking various docs like CA certificate, Pan no, all contact no are switch off, they are making fool, I have not received any payment from debtors, I m very much disappointed,

CreditQ team is miselling the product, every new day ask for new information and charges over recovery. Highly disappointed. It is a trap. Very bad experience.

This is such a valuable company ! And quick response.

This is the worst service. Do not subscribe to them even by mistake. This is just a way to cheat people. They take money in the name of giving results in 15 days. After taking the money, they do not even talk to me. I have been stuck here for 2 years and have not received anything till date.

Credit Q is totally fraud. We took the subscription 3 month before and now i am regularly follow-up from them but all the number are switch off.

They are big time fraudester. I wrote to their MD/Director but no response. Even their directors have no email ids, no contact no mentioned on any platform. Their team doesnt help you connect with them. Their team has no value of their words. They just take money and then change their stories to loot more money from you. Please read my mail to their directors below you will understand their complete process by mail itself.

Good Evening!

I am getting in touch with you after acute level of frustration and dissatisfaction with your team who is communicating with owing to their false commitments and assurances.

I share the complete case in chronological order as under:

We bought your services some time back by registering on your platform and paying Rs 7000/- for the services you offer.

We enlisted 2 defaulting clients with their payment outstanding.

After registration we got to know that we need to upgrade our plan and shell out 15% commission for the outstanding amount. We agreed to it and signed the agreement. Here we took the objection that why you guys have to take commission on GST which is payable to govt but no resolution of that.

Recently we got the outstanding cleared of one party.

Now we got a new story from your team that our pricing structure is not changed and you don’t need to pay the commission and you have to buy wallet amount 22420/- including GST on annual basis for the services where you will also give us 4000/- cash back. We got numerous follow ups for subscribing to this service. When we paid the amount and asked for the invoice and cash back then your team started making other stories where we were asked to pay Rs 50000/- wallet for Rs 2 lakh worth of outstanding amount. This was quite a surprise for us as the complete story was new which was never told to us at the time of making payment.

Now your team is doing blackmailing and they are not stopping calling service to the paid client despite our mail requesting the same has been mailed to your team yesterday.

Now we are getting calls from our client who has already paid then why such calls are not being stopped which is quite harassing and unprofessional.

There have been numerous calls from your sales team and then settlement team and now all the people are telling the same changed story a total revert from earlier pitch at the time of making payment.

Its quite unprofessional that we thought of taking services of your platform which is quite annoying and fueled with lot of false claims and commitments at sales team side.

I was not able to find a suitable, responsible and fair person in your team which is why I am reaching out to you taking your contact from Linkedin.

Please try to understand that this is not fair in the business to have opaque system and don’t maintain transparency with clients and subscribers who are buying your service.

We have paid Rs 7000/- and 22400/- just to realize 2 lakh of sum which is quite disproportionate. But still making pressure on us to make more payment is quite surprising and unprofessional behaviour from your team.

I hope that you will get into the matter and arrange to settle the matter by barring calls to paid client which is looking like black-mailing on us and client.

It would be a complete wrong message to the industry if these kind of practices are done by your team without maintaining transparency.

Kindly look into the matter as it will give you lot of insights about your own system as where issues are popping up and how to address them.
