Been a 5+ Year user of the Credit…

Been a 5+ Year user of the Credit Repair Cloud. Every time there is a Software Update it always comes with tedious issues that take forever to resolve. I currently am not able to make money because of an issues that is preventing me from reactivating client accounts and giving them portal access. I haven't had a resolution, and have submitted MULTIPLE requests for help. You can never speak to a real person on the phone, it is always via email. Software lacks the customer support that 6-Figure CRO's should receive.

Software lacks the customization options and it relies too heavily on their own affiliate links.

Decent features, good service

I have been a long term user of Credit Repair Cloud. They made some changes recently that caused me to initially lose a large portion of my data; though they resolved it quickly and professionally. I still am not a huge fan of their decision to try and join the mass of on-line companies that sell merch and courses and offer a ton of add-ons in the form of subscription services (what I and the majority if their original users needed was an actual CRM)... I am going to stay out for the time being.

Upon a thorough review and your valuable feedback, it's become clear that the blending of the Memo and Notes features, intended to streamline and enhance functionality, instead led to confusion and the impression of lost data. This was never our intention, and we want to assure you that your data is secure and remains accessible.

To clarify, the recent platform updates aimed to consolidate similar functions for greater utility, inadvertently obscured the distinct Memo section you relied on. Recognizing this oversight, our development team is implementing a temporary fix that will pin the original memo as a note, ensuring no crucial information is perceived as missing. Furthermore, we're exploring a more seamless integration of these features to maintain their utility without redundancy.

This process involves converting old Memos into the new Notes format, a procedure we estimate will take about a month of backend script running. Rest assured, we're committed to a solution that preserves your data's integrity and enhances your user experience.

I had an issue with my account

I had an issue with my account. I called support and left a voicemail message. Vida, reached out to me by phone to provide an update on my account and what steps were taken. She then emailed me as well, to update me in writing. Great customer service!

If you're serious about starting a credit repair business, the $47 you spend for this course IS OVER WORTH IT.

The consistent support and the freebies were all amazing. I was impressed by the level of organization and value in this challenge. They really broke it all down in small easy to understand chunks, AND, challenged you to put it into practice. If you read everything DILIGINTLY, and actually put in the work, you WILL leave the challenge with a true foundation on which to build your business. I'm glad I went this route and just finished filing my articles for my LLC and secured my EIN, and I'm working actively with a handful of test clients. The customer service and customer service is top tier. Thank you all for your hard work to make this such a great experience!
