I paid Credit Saint over a thousand dollars for nothing.

I paid Credit Saint over a thousand dollars in 7 months. They removed 2 incorrect items the first month and did absolutely nothing the rest of the time. When I called to cancel they sent me to a retention specialist who lowered the price for the next two months with zero results. I would have been much better off if I used the money that I gave them to just pay down my dept.

I wouldn't recommend this company to…

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. I spent twelve months and a lot of money with them, and in that time, they challenged nine items on my credit report—yet not a single one was removed. If I could rate this company zero stars, I would. The five-star reviews are likely from people who just signed up, and naturally, they'll praise the service to attract business. The real results only become clear after months of using their service.

SCAM….CHECK WITH THE AGENCIES DIRECTLY…

SCAM….CHECK WITH THE AGENCIES DIRECTLY TO SEE IF THEY HAVE RECEIVED YOUR DISPUTE…ESPECIALLY IF THE STATUS IS “UNDER INVESTIGATION” FOR AN EXTENDED PERIOD OF TIME!!! Details below!

I initially signed up with Credit Saint to dispute a single late payment, hoping for a resolution. After 90 days, I found that the late payment had been removed from one reporting agency, but the status on Equifax remained “Under investigation” throughout the process.

When I reached out to Equifax for a status update, they informed me that they had no record of any disputes filed. Confused, I contacted Credit Saint, who explained that they mail in disputes and claimed that only online disputes are tracked by credit agencies. However, Equifax clarified that they would have a record of any dispute submitted, whether by mail, online, or by phone.

After more back and forth, Credit Saint insisted that the dispute was sent, but since it wasn't mailed certified, they couldn't provide proof. They refused to issue a refund, arguing that since something was removed from one agency, their service was valid. Yet, Equifax maintained that nothing was received via any method.

This experience has felt like a complete scam! Not only have they charged me for three months of service, but they've also wasted my time without delivering on their promises. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would! If you are a client of Credit Saint and are seeing “Under Investigation” for several months, I would call the agencies directly to see if they have received anything. It feels like they are waiting to send the disputes in to all bureaus to try to get you to utilize the service past the 90 days. Not certain but it definitely seems that way.

A company you can trust!

I'm very excited to be working with Credit Saint!! Andrew was so helpful and professional He explained the process so that I completely understood the logistics of credit repair. I was very impressed with his acceptance of my reason for some of my nonpayment of some items. It was really a great feeling that he didn't judge me for my mistakes and disregard for my bills I'd highly recommend Credit Saint to anyone looking for credit repair. I only see good things in my future Thank you Credit Saint!!!

Very pleased with the experience

The representative did a great job at explaining the options. I fully expected to be pushed toward the higher tier options as that’s what salesmen usually do. But he took time to listen to my situation and recommended the plan that made the most sense for me. Excited to do business with you.
