Too easy, Too fast.......perfect.

I was ordering my firearm for the first time using a specific site and forgot to enter a promo code for a discount and neither credova and the site could not honor it. I was just told once the transaction is done they just can't do anything...... Sad didnt even offer any future purchase discount or offer. Guess there's a first and last time for everything.

Right away I get an email from another company that you sold my information to another establishment and they want me to do everything over again not happening sorry you got everything you need

Very easy application process affordable payment plans

Quick and easy to do. However, if leasing to buy and promotions on the website for free tactical or lights isn't available even though I'm going to be paying double by the time I pay it off. So basically I don't get the promotion from sig Sauer for the foxtrot flashlight for my new gun.

Credova’s excellent customer support easily resolved of my issue. I’d also like to express my satisfaction due to this company’s no-penalty policy for early payment.

Terrible service. Not up to par with other payment providers. Charged me for my first payment but didn't apply it to my account, handed it off to a debt collector 4 days later. Credova said I never made a payment. Disputed the charge with my bank and paid off the account with the third party collector. DO NOT use Credova for anything.

It was fast a simple easy experience didn't take much for basically instant approval i do recommend and thank you Credova!! 😁

There was not a spot to find out how much you actually qualify for…. Add items in my cart and hit payment options. Click Credova as payment… and only then will it tell you what you qualify for… I would have took advantage of the current sale and purchased more if I had known what I was qualified for.

I’ve worked with plenty of companies like this, but this one has been the worst experience I’ve ever had. After making my purchase, I paid the required first installment right away. My account dashboard even confirmed that I owed nothing.

Then, out of nowhere, just two days later, I get a call from their collections department telling me I’m past due. Past due—after paying upfront. When I asked how that made any sense, no one could explain it. I told them I’d rather just pay the whole thing off and be done with it. I asked for the additional fees to be removed so I can close out the account, but they said they couldn’t do that and everything would need to be paid before.

This whole situation feels disorganized and predatory. I strongly suggest staying away from this company.

a wonderful experience. very friendly and very precise on their animals and what they need and how they need it. if you can tell they got much care and love for their animals and each one that they have has a specialty very surprised that they had a family tree of their animals. never seen and it was awesome. I liked it. came all the way from Denver just to purchase a dog for my daughter's birthday. she was so excited she was starting to cry and made her day

Super Easy!! Only critique is there should be an option to pay the extra amount if you go over your credit limit. Like just pay the difference. The item I really wanted was 14 dollars over my limit so I had to go with my second choice. Other than that it's a great experience with Credova

Extreme predatory leasing. $744 + $45 to "purchase" a $300 part at the end of the 12 month "lease". How do you lease parts? You don't. This is over 100% APR. Companies like this prey on lower income people. It's unethical and should be illegal. Please don't fall for this scam.
