I've shot competitively and have coached junior shooters for many years. Once the basic positions and fundamentals are learned in 3-position and standing air rifle, the next and even greater challenge is the mental game. This book is a must have manual for anyone who wants to sharpen their mental game.

Bullseye Mind is an excellent guide for introspection, removing mind patterns that do not serve a shooter and positively reorienting one's thinking into a mindset that surpasses self-imposed limitations.

I think that this is the absolute best book to help shooters of all disciplines work on their ‘mental game’. I have read most of them and this book, ‘Bullseye Mind’, is the most comprehensive and explains the principles with examples and also ‘guest’ spots that make it clear and simple to understand. This is the book that I have gifted, more than any other, to friends.
