It’s a well made little record book. It will last a long time and serve its purpose well. It would be nice if it had a hole or other method of attaching some cord to loop onto the gun though.

I ordered multiples of these and never received any of them, which is weird because this company does a great job, but I do not have any of them in my boxes

It's perfect for recording the number of shots through various barrels. Each row has space for notes - I use the space for noting what cleaning was done and, from time to time, distance to the lands for a known bullet [as a way to keep track of throat erosion]

I keep a data book on all of my competition rifles so I can track rounds fired, scores and other relevant data to know when its about time to rebarrel, etc. I have used several different types of books over the years and keep gravitating back to this one. The only thing this book needs to be perfect would be a way to attach it to the rifle when its in the vault. I drill a hole in it, put a bead chain thru the hole and hang it off the trigger guard. Works perfectly.

I recorded everything about the firearm in this book. I keep track of rounds fired & date. Type of ammo. Inside the front cover I track date purchased, specs, and any rebuilds or upgrades that were completed. So I have a complete history of the firearm in one handy place. Every firearm I own has it own book.
