Op Rod Protector does not work ... will not remain in place. Rear Sight Protector broke when installing it the first time ... plastic molded too thin in two spots. Front Sight Protector works well, as does chamber flag. Col Tom Harleman, USMC Ret.

This is a good kit. Gives you all the basic covers for you m14 and m1a when not in use or on transport. The muzzle Guard cracked but just fixed it with a little tape. Over all I’m pleased with this kit.

Front and rear covers fit perfect. Chamber flag works, but I wish it were yellow, but I knew that when I purchased. Op Rod guard is a good thought but won't stay put on my rifle.
