The MISO Lens is a single aspheric lens utilizing Variable Focus Lens Technology that creates a multifocal effect that brings near, intermediate and distance objects into focus at the same time. Simultaneous vision principles allow natural focusing at all distances from post to target and all those points in between. The lens optical center must be positioned directly in front of the pupil for best results at all distances. This thing exceeds my expectations! Installation was easy and only took about 5 minutes after watching the straight forward video instructions on YouTube. My front site post is now crystal clear with or without my glasses on! I love it.

I’m 59 and have found it more and more difficult to bring the front sight into focus. This product restored my ability to see a crisp in-focus front sight post. I’m hoping it keeps my iron sights viable for another few years. Good value for the money? Absolutely.

My eyesight at 71, is not that great anymore. Front sight is ok, but the target was really blurry. I could not get a crisp aiming point, with my M1. The eye alone cannot focus perfectly on the front sight, and target at the same time. It's just a compromise, and gets worse as you get older. This lens improves that sharpness of the target, while keeping the front sight sharp also. Not perfect, but I am quite pleased with the results. I have spoken to others, who have had varying degrees of success, with this. It just depends on the individual. For $100, it is not that great of an investment to try it out, and see if it works for you.

Adding the MISO lense and NM hooded sight brings the front sight into sharp focus. This did improve my groups. I have two rifles that shoot very close. I added the MISO lense to one rifle and did a side by side comparison and shot smaller groups with the rifle equipped with the MISO. I have since equipped both rifles with the lenses.

I am 78 years old and my eyesight is still pretty good without glasses. This product installed very easy but only improved things slightly for me. I'll have to wait a few more years to get the full benefit from the lens.

It helps so much. Came with a large black cup I think for the AR model. Would be nice if it had a small black cup to fit over the Hooded match sight for the M1A an Garand. Was worth the money to me.

I’m 62 with severe astigmatism including radial keratotomy which represents an interesting situation with my eyes. Other solutions were “so so” for my particular situation but the miso system really helped above everything else. Highly recommended, I use mine in the M1A

Third one of these for me. I think that they are a little pricy but it is a quality product. The best thing to improve my shooting with my older eyes. This lens on average has cut mu group size by about 50%!! Cant argue with that.

If you want to see the post clearly and shoot a service Garand or M1A and you have distance eyeglasses this optic trick will work perfectly. You have to be very clean and neat with the installation of the lens. You can remove it and put it back in again but be careful. It does work quite well though and same goes for their one for AR hooded rear sights.
