Really fast shipping

Really fast shipping. I ordered some ammo and I must say the ammo was packaged very nicely.
Like no angry package handler at 2 a.m. was going to hurt the ammo inside this box. I mean to be honest I worked the night shift at FedEx so I know how those packages are abused...lol..I will definitely order again from Powder Valley.

I WAS READY TO PURCHASE THE WIND FLAGS UNTILL I GOT TO THE SHIPPING COST. I THOUGHT THE SHIPPING WAS VERY EXPENSIVE, FOR SOMETHING SO LIGHT. WHILE LOOKING AT OTHER OPTIONS, I GOT AN E-MAIL OFFERING FREE SHIPPING. I ORDERED AS SOON AS I REICEVED THE OFFER. VERY FAST SHIPPING AND PACKED VERY WELL. THIS WAS MY FIRST ORDER FROM CREEDMOOR AND WILL NOT BE MY LAST.

Great Advice. 4-22-26

I was experiencing random misfires with an otherwise perfect Anschutz 1813 Super Match.
Your always outstanding go-to girl Melanie knew just who might help and referred me to Brent. He suggested several approaches involving head space which hadn’t been covered by other advisors. One of these incisive ideas was exactly right and the gun now operates flawlessly!!
This two-pronged example of extraordinary customer service, is why we can always rely on Creedmoor!

Product return

A phone call was made and within 2 hrs I had an email with a pre-paid postage attached to return my product. The replacement was sent before Creedmore had received it. I've had nothing but positive experience dealing with Creedmore for the last 15 yrs.
