A luxury creative workshop exhibiting our 'spongefleece' cottons creating the comfiest garments in the world.
Creo Studios is a British fashion brand born in Manchester. Upon founding the company, we wanted to communicate our love for British Heritage. As we proceeded to research British history we learnt that Latin became the principal language of the elite amidst the formation of the Roman Empire, which led to the uncovering of the term “Creo”.
A Latin lexeme which translates directly as a verb; “to create”. When this aligned with our hunger for product and desire to design, it seemed only right to utilise it as part of the brand’s name. We paired this with our working place of residence which was an old cotton mill converted studio.
A Creative Studio. Creo Studios. The plurality stems from the ambition for expansion. This brand name is then turned into an acronym that delivers our slogan;
“Creativity Rejects Every Obstacle.”

Texture of the hoodie/jumper
Inside the hoodie its very fluffy which falls off the jumper and makes mess on the floor. It may need to be washed for it to stop. But apart from that, i like the print and design on my hoodie. Everyone is complimenting me.

Customer service is awful
Customer service is awful, even the responses I’m getting sounds no where near professional.
I’m trying to get an exchange on my order and heard of no one even after emailing 10 times over the course of days, I get told yes, just leave a note in the box? I would expect to get some more in detail responses, not 1 sentence bluntly spoken to with still no sign of my returns form lol… atrocious, the sizing comes up way to big , not true to size products. Never buy again

I have checked your email and order number and cannot find anything regarding a return from your name, order number or email address. please email us on info@creo--studios.com we offer free returns so it shouldn't be any hassle at all. For the sizing it is not true to size, it is unisex so this isn't possible, but we do provide extensive size specifications on our website and references to the models sizes and what they are wearing, we are also on hand any time in the day to help with sizing. Again, i'm really sorry for your poor experience but i will get this return sorted for you as soon as possible. Amy x

Hi Jay, yes this was correct, the sale price was £40, but you entered a discount code WELCOME15 for 15% off each item, therefore the total amount you paid for that item was £34 so this amount was fully refunded. Easy mistake to make, but we would really appreciate you changing the 1 star review because of this error as it damages our stellar reviews. I hope this is ok and we hope to see you again!

Delivery was quick, clothing all arrived perfectly, really high quality material and designs. I did how ever opt into the free gift promotion advertised by entering free gift in notes before checkout, and didn’t receive anything :/
