The WORST customer service...
Avoid! Ordered a product, waited over a week and hadn't had any contact from the supplier to say if there was a problem. I decided to get in touch which they replied to tell me they had insufficient stock and refunded me in full, which obviously is standard practice. I messaged the supplier because the website still has the product in the size I wanted, which didn't make sense because I got a message stating that they didn't have the stock.
So I messaged again and after several messages later I have still had no reply on why the product I ordered is still up on the website available if there is no stock? I asked if there was other sizes available for the same product, which is listed on the website, but again no reply.
I wasn't rude in the messages so the supplier has no reason to ignore me. I have waited over a month for a reply...
Disappointed because the supplier looks like it has some great products on there.
So to sum it up, avoid because it has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced.
