Haven’t received my parcel
Edited my review as previous review was not accurate. Creputate have been outstanding with regards to my order. Their customer service was amazing and helped resolve the loss of my trainers and replace. Changing to 5/5 as they went above and beyond!

We think this is an unfair representation of our service. We understand there has been an issue with delivery on behalf of DPD and we are doing everything we can to resolve this for you.
We are still awaiting a resolution from DPD to the investigation we have raised. So for you to leave a 1 star rating whilst we’re still in the process of resolving this for you is a bit harsh.
