Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Evaluating 63 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many customers reported being unknowingly enrolled in recurring subscriptions, leading to unexpected charges and unwanted additional shipments. People were frequently charged significantly more than the advertised price for products often found ineffective or not as intended. Customers faced significant challenges in obtaining refunds, with many stating requests were denied or given strict return conditions. Attempts to cancel orders shortly after placement were often unsuccessful, as people were informed items had already shipped, and some noted unexpected credit card charges, occasionally in a different currency.

They are fraudsters

They are fraudsters. I ordered one bottle with one free for $39 but my Credit card showed $163. You are not able to see what the final payment is before your card is processed nor do they show the email they send. Avoid them at all costs.

I ordered 3 bottles of Crestline and got charged for 6 bottles.

I ordered 3 bottles of Crestline Nutrition. The ad said buy 3 get 3 free. It was suppose to be 3 @ 39.00. When I checked my account they charged me $332.00. I called the customer service and told them that I was going to call my credit card company and refuse the order which I hadn't received yet. I told the guy that I was speaking to that I should have e only be3n charged for 3 bottles and NOT 6. The credit card company reversed the charge and told me that they had 3 months where they could dispute the charge. (Crestline Nutrition) I called the company a second time and explained that I did receive the package and asked how do I send it back. He replied keep it it's yours. I don't want to keep it. I want to send the unopened parcel back to them. This has to be a scam.

Just be aware that this is how they tried to loot people. Don’t order

Buku-UF Crestline nutrition are thieves!

Well, I'm in the group of bogus crestline glucose support shit. I didn't even order anything and I got a $163 charge on my card. I looked and looked to see how this may have happened and I can't find any trail of a transaction anywhere. I contacted my card compant and told them I don't know of any of this so it's now sitting as a pending charge. I got a little box in the mail today, it was 2 bottles of this glucose support stuff. Like I'm really going to fork out a $163 on 2 bottles of whatever this stuff is. From the way this looks, it was drop shipped as the name on the outside of the box says *** Buku-UF Crestline Nutrition mailed from Burlington Ontario yet the packing slip in the box says it was shipped from no name listed but the place it was originally sent from was Miami Lakes Florida. I'm still looking to see what I can find, but I can't find a phone number any where so if someone out there has a problem like the rest of us, could you please post a contact info. Completely ripped off, I feel quite pissed of but more shamed for being taken advantage of. I know this world is falling apart quickly, none of us needs to have extra worries and hassle to deal with idiots like this.

I am Canadian that got ripped off

I am Canadian. When I ordered this product, 1 plus 1 free bottle, they stated it would be $59.68 plus tax. I changed my mind within 12 hrs. & sent 3 e-mails to stop them sending the order, as I could not get through on the phone. They charged my account with $164.19, this company is a sham. It continues, have to go through major hassle to send back to US. Call 207-204-8045 to speak to their rude rep. Other phones are fake.

I tried to make a return shortly after receiving my first order in January. The guy told me I had to try for 30 days at least. Today I received another 3 bottle of the Glucose Support I did not expect. I again called and was told I had signed up for a subscription that automatically sends another order! They will not take it back and offer no refund compensation......DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT KEEPING CUSTOMERS SATISFIED.

WATCH OUT

This is a bogus company that uses web redirection technology and you don't realize you've ordered from them until you put the pieces together... Their company lies and is misleading in every way. I did not intend to buy from them and definitely would not buy now knowing what I know. I was ordering a supplement that would have cost around $30. but the redirect tech kicked in and pushed the order thru to Crestline and I was charged $300 for 6 bottles of a product I did NOT want or need. They would not let me return the product until after so many days. When I called them after the time they had stipulated, I could not longer return the bogusly ordered product. I had to take it up with my credit card company

I purchased a 3oz muscle &joint Relief…

I purchased a 3oz muscle &joint Relief Roll on! It was BYGOF at $50! Not long after I received my first shipment they sent me another rollon, charging me over$100. I did not get Any pain relief from the first one. So I certainly DIDNOT want anymore. I called and demanded a refund. I got the run around and was told I was automatically put on a monthly renewal program. NOT MY WISHES! I called numerous times for my refund and I even returned the unopened worthless product! So I called my Visa card company and they refunded my money as soon as I told them that I returned the unopened item, requesting a full refund! THIS COMPANY IS A Huge FRAUDSTER ! 😳

I am so thankful for Trust Pilot

I am so thankful for Trust Pilot. I watched the whole advertisement for their weightlose product and it definitely sounded like it was a very.good product. I started watching the spiel by various persons including Elon Musk and noticed their lips weren't matching what was being said. None of them did. I was filling in the blanks to order and I thought of Trust Pilot. Thank goodness! Immediately I learned this was a scam! Thank you so much!!!

Very deceptive advertising

Very deceptive advertising. Placed my order at 5:15am on an order that was advertised at $40. $236 came out of my account. I finally was able to reach a representative around 10am and they refused to cancel my order stating that it had already been shipped and stated I had to return the products after they are received for a refund. Finally found the confirmation email and shipping email in spam. Shipping email was at 7:19am. Along with a statement saying that because of high demand the product took an extra day to ship. Not possible if the time span was literally only two hours from ordering to the supposed shipping. Liars and a complete scam. Don’t do it
