We were offered an on line booking…

We were offered an on line booking service which I used as I was at work that day and thought that I could just go in, have my jab and return to work. When I arrived I was in a que of 8 people and the staff there were not using the booking system.

Poor service

I booked and prepaid a private flu jab but when I arrived (having left work early) I was advised that the person administering the injection was not there. I was advised that she had informed everybody but I have not received any communication either by phone or email cancelling my appointment. I now have to go through the process of trying to get a refund!

2 vaccines in one

Easy to book with a local pharmacy on the way home from work. Booked the flu jab but also offered the Covid booster, which I took. Buy one get one free without paying! Excllent service.

Not able to attend

I was not able to attend my covid vaccine apt due to having a chesty cough.

There was no way of contacting the team to let them know other than physically walking there.

Please can you add a contact number / email address so that people can inform if they cannot attend or need to reschedule?
