Creta Class Reviews 

I enrolled my five-year-old son in Creta Class for math lessons and he loves it. He is always looking forward to the daily lessons and we can see improvements in his maths after a few lessons.

I really not sure why no one is responding from creta classes. A week before I have posted the review and got reply over the review in trust pilot that to contact them and have provided the number. But trust those numbers are not at all working and neither the mails are working. Probably a worst decision in our life to trust creta who used to chase us when they need want us to join kids and in back when we want refund they are not at all responding. It has been more than 3 months with continuous emails and calls and whatspp messages but none of them is working or atleast responding.Just in trust pilot they will update apology and ask us to contact. Not worthable and please don't give false promises.

This is absolutely fantastic for our kids! It blends learning with enjoyment. The individualised attention each child gets add that extra touch, creating a strong support system for both academic growth and confidence building. And as parents, the detailed progress reports are truly insightful into our child's development. Highly recommended it!

This is 100 percent fraud company... The mentors, tutors or the customer service.. no one responds back to you once you pay the full amount. I lost my 12000 rupees... They have this service email but you do not get response at all from them. Please don't waste your money. Please call me on 9700030612 for any questions.

No one is not responding.. it's totally fraud.while the payment time all the calling numbers and add group admin numbers all are switched off.. don't pay the amount.i was paid paid and lose the amount

This class is very genuine I like this class bt why this class is stopped I don't no. All amout is refunded tq creta class team

Creta class suddenly announced winding up of services in India. no tutor no guidance. you can login and use app. 12000 rs they charged and not worthy. it's pakka fraud.

its a Fraud, They will give an exciting trial class and convince the parents to take the full course with a guarantee that any time we wish to discontinue the remaining amount will be refunded. That's the main Highlight they do, but If u are planning for such discontinuation, their real game starts there.
They will say they refunded the amount and blame it on the bank with which we have an account, if we go further to follow up with them, they will keep on giving promises that they will transfer within 5 days or 6 days like that. But eventually, they will not be refunded a single paisa. It's a pakka Fraud

I paid to creta classes in January and requested the mentor and the administration that my daughter will attend in their March batch for which they agreed
But later they ask me to enroll again and pay again for classes.
They are not ready to let my daughter attend the classes for which I paid them
I feel cheated by them and they are neither giving me the refund too moreover instead of resolving the issue they blocked my number.
After 2 months of continuous pursuing the matter my opinion is that they are fraud in this market.
I will never recommend the creta classes to anyone and don't trust them.

I am using it from past 2 months for my 6 yr old son and I found it to be total value for money. There are many small videos on different maths concepts and then assessment is also being done in the form of small quiz. It’s super engaging with no adds . It actually makes mathematics a fun based learning experience .

Loved the concept of creata class .It doest teaches maths in fun and
Interactive way it's activities clear the concepts of Maths .
It's exercises are made according to the kids Age group 3 to 8 years .
