I've been trying to find a reasonably priced crew cool bag with a trolley loop for ages, when I found the one for sale on crew-shoes.com. The cool bag is excellent quality and for the price it is a bargain. Ordered on Friday and the item arrived on Sunday. Excellent service.

I cannot agree more with the reviews! Alan has no idea how to answer his phone let alone deal with a problem with the shoes I ordered !! Sub standard shoes…cheap leather heals move & click. I returned within a couple of days having tried them on indoors immediately realising they were damaged and was astonished to receive an email stating I’d worn the shoes and no refund would be processed, do not buy from this company you will be v disappointed as md the prices aren’t cheap! Incredibly annoyed customer 😡

Doesn’t even deserve a 1 star. I have to agree with previous reviews about the director Alan. I have only worn shoes 3 times and one of them has developed a fault. After several emails backwards and forwards he is indirectly implying that I have damaged the shoe. I haven’t got time nor energy to be going backwards and forwards with such an unreasonable man. I know what my consumer rights are with faulty goods and will go down an alternative route to get my money back. Absolute joke of a Company.

My shoes have both split after a few months use. I bought these 11 months ago and I'm 7 months pregnant so obviously not been flying. I also work part time. The director Alan doesn't want to know. Terrible customer service. Don't buy these shoes if you want them to last more than a few months!!

My pair of shoes has stretched (which is expected from a pair of shoes like these) but it stretched so much I ended up with a sprained ankle from rolling it, ligament damage to the foot and damage to foot joints. When they were purchased they fit well and were not too big. I do not wear these shoes everyday or even most of the week as I have shoes on rotation (as per the advice stated on their website). When I contacted them about this issue, I was met with a condescending, patronising so called director called Alan, who did not bother to read my email properly. He was defensive and dismissive when all I was raising an issue and asking if there was anything they could do. I have lost out on a month of work due to this injury. Customer service is clearly not trained within this company!
