We have had this company manage our property for almost 2years now, and we have not had any issues at all.

Great experience with PayasUStay!

Absolutely terrible, booked apartment and Uxbridge dirty (bathroom, kitchen utensils, beds worn out and more) - not habitable. No willingness to provide a solution, no reimbursement of costs. Absolutely no recommendation - be careful.

I had this company to manage my property .what a disaster. Lack of transparency, bad business practices and very bad management. I found the company unprofessional in the management of my property with of complete lack of transparency with respect to maintenance charges and won’t pay the real days that your property was rented.
The cleaning was non existent
What a horrible experience.

Very lovely experience with the agent and the staying. Easy check in and check out with full deposit refund too.

Staff are friendly and promptly answered all questions I had. Apartment is a very comfort place to stay.The best support is the clean services that not only the cleaning staff are friendly, but well made the apartment fresh and remove any spiders/ insects that comes into the apartment.

Would definitely recommend this to people closely know.

The Pay as u Stay team's communication was outstanding. They were always responsive and attentive, promptly addressing all my inquiries and concerns during my stay. There was one time we made a maintenance request, they made the arrangement very promptly on the same day which showed their commitment to tenant satisfaction. They also provided us midstay clean for our three-month stay, and the cleaners did amazing jobs. We would highly recommend anyone in search of a letting company that provides professional services that meet their clients' needs.

Amazing stay!
Travelling home to see family with a dog and this was one of the only places that accepted pets. The property was exactly as pictured, there was plenty of room, it was extremely clean and there were plenty of extras (bedding, pillows) which came in handy. Couldn’t fault the apartment or the staff who maintain the property. The surrounding area was fantastic with plenty of shops, walks for the dog and parking which is a huge bonus. Would happily stay here again on our next stay!

What a wonderful stay! We find this apartment at Rightmove and booked our stay online. All the check in/check out procedures are clear and convenient. The rent is reasonable with all fees (water, electricity, gas, management) included and weekly cleaning service and refill of toiletries shampoo, body wash and hand soap.

The service apartment is located at an excellent residential area with decent neighbours and 3 nice playgrounds in just 3 min walking distance. Waitrose is 3 min walk around the corner, Kingston supermarkets and City centre with everything you need is just 5min drive away.

The interior design is modern with everything you need. We enjoy our cooking and daily lives with our kid in this apartment for almost 5 months. This apartment is inside the catchment area of the excellent Oakgrove School. The security is excellent with sensor key, auto open/close gate and camera door bell at G/F. The parking area is convenient and sufficient for our 2 cars and our visitor’s cars.

We was moved from Hong Kong to the UK and planned to stay at this apartment for 2 months only as we were waiting for our new build house to be completed. Then our house was delayed to complete for 2 times and we decided to extend our stay in this apartment (even we could find other apartment with lower price). The most important reason for our decision to stay for so long is that the management team of this service apartment is so awesome and reliable with patient and timely feedback. The communication is so effective and they spend so much time to understand your needs and try their best to find solutions to help even in weekends/holidays. We help us a lot and we are so grateful that this is our first stay in the UK. It means a lot to us.

We travel a lot around the world and stayed in lots of B&B, hotels and service apartments before. We highly recommend this excellent apartment and they deserve to be recognised as the 6 stars service!

We stayed in Collenswood House, Stevenage for a couple of months whilst having some building work completed on our house.

The house was perfect for our needs, clean and well maintained. Mark and Joanna were excellent hosts and quickly responded to any queries that we had both prior to and during our stay.

Enjoyed our stay at Oakgrove apartment for around 3 months. Location is great, access to walks along the river valley and local shops good. Living area has lots of light and a good size balcony. The place is fully equipped and comfortable.

Crew Homes did a great job despite Covid lockdown to keep us stocked with the essentials and made great efforts to find us cleaners.

Would recommend.

Crew homes were responsive and helpful and catered to all of our needs. The Milton Keynes property we stayed in was lovely and well serviced. If we had any queries, they were easy to reach and responded quickly with constant updates when needed. I would glady recommend using Crew homes.
