Joshua did an excellent job!

Joshua did an excellent job walking me through the features of Crexi that I will most use, answered my questions well, and I walked away from our training feeling more confident using the platform.

Crexi worth it to close more Deals!

Mason has been awesome to work with. He flew all the way up to our office in South Seattle to give us a presentation on how Crexi can help us close more deals. Didn't try to oversell at all, just put together more of a tutorial course on how we can use the program. Mason is great on follow up as well always making sure our listings are up to date and not leaving out any important details. I would highly recommend using Crexi as well as having Mason as your Account Executive.

Timeshare Cancellation Process

Product is fine. They play games when you try to cancel your membership. You will have to verbatim quote their policy back to them.
They should spend as much time adding value as creating bots to reply to emails.

Client-centered support is available

We had a few experiences with Crexi. To provide the best review, our objective for using it should be mentioned: to find an RV park in our region of the country and use the record data that serves us as investors.

We began our own search with deep diving into property websites, hunting down info on the owners and researching land owners on county records. Upon falling on Crexi (undoubtedly due to our searching), we had a sales meeting with Mark. Mark gave us a great intro to the program. We set up our payment method and began moving forward.

About a week into it, we began exploring it and set up a training. One of our welcome emails prompted us to sign up for a web training. So, we scheduled one with an individual (not named here) who did NOT teach, nor guide the audience. It was live, but could have been a pre-recording because he barely stopped talking. It was very fast-paced, overly click-y, and unfriendly to new users.

Upon writing a review on TrustPilot and contacting the sales rep, Mark, we received a one-on-one call with an employee named Leah. She was very patient and offered to share her screen, as well as she let me share my screen so that she could guide us and we could practice using it. Leah assured us that if Crexi did NOT meet our needs, we could have a refund on this very large investment.

While Crexi may not be the right fit for our needs, I do believe the company is doing their best to meet customer/client needs.

To support and encourage Crexi as a company, I would recommend a 3-7 day trial. I would also recommend there be a clear path for new clients to follow to ensure we are comfortable with the purchase.

I stumbled upon Crexi while searching for another platform and left the site after briefly entering some information. To my surprise, I received a follow-up call from Account Executive Alberto Bendjouia within hours. Alberto was not only knowledgeable he was incredibly professional, courteous, and genuinely attentive. His thoughtful service and follow-through made the difference; in fact, it’s the reason I decided to sign up. Kudos to Alberto for setting a standard of care that exceeded expectations. I’m optimistic about selling my property quickly with Crexi’s support!

Money well spent

I honestly hesitated joining the intelligence program at first, but don't regret doing it at all. The advanced search engine and access to owner info gave me the edge i needed to purchase me next 16 unit apartments building, quick and efficiently.
This $200 investment tool helped me purchase an
$1.7M asset that's projected to be worth $3.3M
Now that's what i call money well spent.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. My recent onboarding call with Angelo Ruiz at Crexi was one of the most productive and insightful meetings I’ve had in years - and I’ve been in the Commercial Real Estate business a long time.

Customer Service That Sets the Standard
From the very first moment of our call, Angelo brought clarity, ENERGY, and a solutions-driven mindset. He wasn’t just there to run a script - he tailored every minute to my specific needs, from helping me navigate off-market listing tools to building targeted contact lists for truck stop and convenience store buyers. His patience, professionalism, and humor made it easy to ask questions and absorb a lot of new information without being overwhelmed.

Deep Product Knowledge + Real-World Application
Angelo walked me through Crexi’s platform, top to bottom - showing me how to create private listings, upload NDAs, build contact databases, generate lead reports, optimize my search score, and leverage automated and manual marketing campaigns. He didn’t just show me what was possible - he helped me understand how to actually use the tools to win more business, faster and smarter.

Above-and-Beyond Follow-Up
He didn’t leave me hanging. Angelo exported a custom list of contacts, scheduled a 30-day check-in, offered tutorial videos and learning center access, and gave me multiple ways to stay connected - all without me having to chase him down. That’s what I call proactive support.

Angelo managed to make a complex platform feel intuitive, even enjoyable. It felt less like a sales demo and more like a high-level coaching session with someone who genuinely cared about helping me succeed. We even joked about him needing a consulting fee — but the truth is, the value he delivered would have been worth every penny.

Bottom line: If you’re on Crexi and serious about maximizing what the platform can do for your listings and lead generation, ask for Angelo. His blend of technical knowledge, client care and CRE fluency is rare - and it made a big difference in my business, even after just one call.
