My husband & I both needed a will and Siobhan kindly called to our home and explained the legal process clearly.
Siobhan is very professional and provided information we weren't even aware of!
Our draft wills were sent to us to approve and the final wills have been completed. We chose to have copies sent to us and the originals held at Cribbin & Co.
We are extremely grateful to Siobhan & Cribbin & Co for their professionalism and efficiency.
We now have peace of mind. Thank you

I made an appointment with Siobhan for advice on 17th Jan 2025 and paid for the hours' consultation on the day. I spoke with Siobhans' mother Tracey the Office Manager on 3/2/25 and 5/2/25 and was told Siobhan was busy and to email instead which I did. After leaving another message on 11/2/25 I received an email from Siobhan stating she was away until 18/2/25 and would deal with my case on her return. I emailed her again on 26/2/25 for an update and as at today 10/3/25 have still not had any communication from Siobhan.
I feel very let down by this company due to their inability to follow up calls and emails.
If you are looking for an efficient service I would not be able to recommend this Solicitors practice.

My 85 year old Mum needed her will updating. Danny came out to Mum's home and was very professional explaining what was involved and making sure Mum was happy and understood her will. Communications with the solicitors were good and appointments with Fatima Musa went smoothly. Fatima was very friendly and thorough, and her professional advice was clear making the whole process straightforward. Only minor amendments to the new wills were required and were made quickly. My family engaged Danny at Cribbin & Co for Mums Power of Attorney. Danny was very accommodating visiting my Mum in her care home and even in hospital, to get the application completed. Fatima is such a happy friendly and very knowledgeable young lady who is patient enough to explain things in layman’s terms.
The whole experience of making a will was actually very pleasant.

The process of reviewing and re-writing my will was carried out efficiently by Fatima who gave full explanations as we went along. She also answered all my "what if" questions and incorporated them in the final document. The whole process was made easy. The reason for 4 star rating is that there were some administrative errors in the booking process and document production, although these were easily corrected.
I would recommend Fatima at Cribbin & Co for her expertise and level of customer care.

Having lost my partner recently I contacted Cribbin & Co Solicitors during Free Wills Month to make a new will. Florrie rang me back and was very efficent and friendly while sorting out an appointment. When I met Fatima she was very understanding, friendly and professional. Even when amendments had to be made there was no fuss, or undue rush. All was done very quickly. I would have no hesitation in using this firm and dealing with these people again in the future.

Siobhan has been a pleasure to deal with. She's personable yet thorough and clearly knows her stuff around wills & estates.

I contacted Cribbin & Co Solicitors during Free Wills Month to obtain a will. This was the first time I had completed a will so I was initially unsure about what this would entail. The communication from Cribbin & Co was brilliant, from Florrie who arranged my appointment and made me aware of what I needed to bring, to Fatima the solicitor who dealt with my will. Fatima was really helpful, she explained the process very clearly and provided good advice regarding elements of my will.

My only criticism is that despite having made staff aware I have a blue badge which they advised would allow me to use the building car park, they failed to notify the parking company of this - resulting in receiving a £60 parking fine a week before Christmas, so be mindful of this when visiting.

Overall however, I would definitely use the service again and recommend to others.
