Your fee practice needs revision
Their website advertises a $1.00 fee for one query, and I only made one query for my property for tax purposes. I read the fine prints too, no mentioning of any hidden fees or auto-subscriptions. I authorized the $1.00 charge. But the very next day WITHOUT ME KNOWING they charged me $28.95 and $9.95! My bank blocked the charges for me. Dishonest and fraudulent scammy practice.
Update 4/15/2024:
I called and the lady agent closed my account and said no further fees will incur. I hope so. I only agree to pay $1.00 shown on my transaction screen, never the $38.90 without ever notified. I tentatively added another star, but you guys need to be transparent in your fee practice.
