I bought my njnja crispi direct from…

I bought my njnja crispi direct from ninja ,first one was faulty got that 1 replace ,used the second one couple of times,but the food just didn't cook the food properly,
Put my review on hear ,ninja replied and said get intouch with customer service, which I did.
They agreed I could have a refund ,once they recived it back .
I would get a full refund ,well they reciver it 11 days ago ,and guess what I still haven't had my refund .
I should also be getting something extra for all the inconvenience as well as my refund .
I won't buy anything direct from ninja ,I never have this problem buying from qvc.
