PROFESSIONAL SCAM! Selling junk and ghosting customers. Avoid Croc Beauty

CrocBeauty or (Turbo Ion Inc)or (Croc USA) - is NOT a premium brand, it is a deceptive operation that profits from selling defective equipment. This is my SECOND faulty iron from them. The first was unusable, and the second Order #4094 is a total disaster. They intentionally ship 'trash' to customers, especially to international customers banking on the fact that global shipping costs make returns impossible.
Here is how they scam you:
Total Silence: They have completely 'ghosted' me. I sent multiple emails and they refuse to respond. They only care about taking your money
Legal Lies: In PayPal Case they formally promised a return label to look 'innocent' to the bank. It was a calculated lie. They never sent it.
Zero Quality Control: They don't invest in quality, they invest in deception.
I have already escalated this to the BBB and am preparing a file for the California Attorney General. This is a fraudulent 'Bait and Switch' scheme. If you value your money and your hair—STAY AWAY!
