I have completed two Garden Bee Bags so far and am working on the third. Once you start making them, they are really addictive and so satisfying when you see the finished product. The tutorial is really good and straight forward and am happy to report that I mastered the original way to make the handles. If you do get really stuck there is always the helpdesk. So two bags done, one in progress and four future projects. Even better that now you can order additional supplies. The last Hobbycraft store near me has closed and this has stepped in with supplies.

The customer service response was so quick and resolved my issues. I purchased two new kits and then recieved an email with a discount code! Ugh! I emailed them and they gave me a credit so that I didn't miss out on the sale! So kind! I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

The customer service is excellent and responsive. the product is beautiful. My daughter and I are doing the project together - 2 kits in 2 locations but watching the same show while we do it

I purchased the Aveline bag kit & Garden Bee kit. Instructions were easy to follow and there is an instruction link which is good to watch beforehand if you are not an experienced crocheter. Lovely bag, lovely material to work with and it stretches a wee bit with you when working on it. There is also experienced crocheters available to contact if you find it difficult but to be honest it was easy to follow. Would buy another kit as i loved making this one. Ready to start the Garden bee bag now.

The tutorial is not accessible as the key code does not work. Total scam!!!! Instructions are useless. Could have got all the supplies much cheaper and made up a pattern myself. I only invested in this because I liked the look and thought I would be able to replicate the bag but instead I will just have to make a plain regular bag. That I can do with the supplies i already have. Certainly will never purchase from this company and do not recommend them

Had to contact customer services in order to get access to the online tutorial. You really need this as the kit does not come with any written instructions. It would be much better to have those as the online video breaks up, it is too fast at time, the English is poor even the numbering was incorrect!! All very confusing.
I have started on the bag and I think I will be able to complete it, but that's only because I have some experience in crochet. This is certainly not for beginners.

I love doing these kits I've done 2 shell bag and granny bag of which I've made several therepatterns are really good and easy to follow .The video tutorials are also easy to follow.

While it took some time to sort out they made it right. I ordered a large kit an received a small. They shipped out a large and I appreciate it. Definitely will order more bags. I got 3 sor far.

I purchased the bee crochet bag to make for myself. I was very pleased with it and have had many people admire of the bag and could not believe I had crocheted it. It has turned out beautiful. I then purchased a black one to make for a friend’s ’Special Birthday’ gift, which is nearly finished. I intend to make another couple for Christmas gifts. The contents box comes with everything you need to make the bag, tutorial is excellent and all beautifully packaged.

The kits are great and the results are awesome. Customer service is quick and helpful. My only negative is that the written directions are limited and incomplete, and while the video tutorials are good, I prefer to read directions and only refer to videos as needed, rather than following along like a beginner. Otherwise, a great service!

The kits and materials are great and although it took a while to arrive it did arrive faster than I expected. The tutorials, as others have mentioned, can be a little hard to follow due to poor translation but really do help (especially if you turn sound off). I did have a couple of tiny screws missing and they immediately offered to replace and support always answer questions.

Would I recommend, yes, as I said the kits are great, have everything you need but some are not for real beginners.

I recieved my kit last week and all I can say is wow . Beautifully packed kit with quality items. I ordered the green panda bag and have enjoyed making this so far. The instructions are simple to follow and once you get going the bag crotchets up very neatly. I would recommend this kit to any bag crotchet or panda lover and I will definitely be buying more kits

I have bought 2 bags a blancket which was great value. I have also ordered a rose and lilly flower on which I am waiting for. Love ordering from crochet part never had any issues and the quality of the box and yarn is amazingly good.

Do not use this company. I have never received my order. The company has no response to refunding my money. This is a scam of a company!!!!! STAY AWAY!!

The quality of their materials is excellent and the instructions very good. I had a small problem and called and their customer service is excellent as well. You won't go wrong with this company!

I ordered the rose granny square bag and received it timely. Customer Service was helpful in getting me started with the tutorial. I have over 40 years experience in crocheting and am really enjoying making the squares. Have 9 squares completed and look forward to completing the bag.
