Bad, just bad!

I can not believe what I am reading in the other comments - it is my experience exactly. This company is a scam. Do not order on line. My order was shipped, then I got an email about a cancellation that I apparently initiated, which I did not. Then I called their service agent to find out wth was going on. They could not explain it, but did say that the parcel was lost in transit. That should have been my sign to get my refund and run. But instead I allowed them to place the order again and guess what - that parcel was lost too. When I called again, I demanded my refund immediately - they said a refund would take between 3-5 business days. I'm still waiting. Horrible, just horrible.

They shipped wrong sizes, returned them, had to buy them again for more money, no customer service response via phone, email, or live chat, the order I paid for is sitting there, for a month, customer service line never answers, waiting forever, brutal customer service, just a mass production of shoes with no one to help and garbage shipping

tried to order two pairs of realtree camo crocs from crocs.ca, called customer service, nothing sent. called back, sent out.. waited.. got it! wait.. only 1 pair of crocs and its the wrong size... called back. oh they hung up on me. called back again.. I would give crocs a 0 star but i am forced to give a 1 star..

Ordered a pair of Friday the 13th clogs on Oct.2, shipping label printed on Oct.3. Freight forwarder never picked up. Customer service gave the run around. Parcel deemed lost and will resend JIBBITZ ordered without clogs I ordered JIBBITZ for! First order/pair/interaction with Crocs. Requesting full refund, will never purchase/own a pair of Crocs in my life. Customer service agent K. Kusuma is a bot. All empathy, no customer service. Chargeback initiated.

I wanted to order crocs for my daughter and I couldn’t even put them in my cart I called customer service and they were so rude and saying it was my fault when I tried multiple times and I had my husband and kids try this is disappointing 🖕🏻 Very disappointed 😒

Total scam

Total scam, they cancel your order for no reason when you got a good deal during their sales! Customer services just bull sh*tting around. Almost like they cannot afford any promotion, but try to scam around for their number of sales.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I returned an item and did not receive my refund. They told me my refund would take 10-14 days it’s been over a month and I haven’t received anything. Payment went through paypal but crocs did not give enough info for me to receive my refund.

Never purchase from crocs only go…

Never purchase from crocs only go through Amazon. I had to return a pair of crocs that were to big that purchased from crocs trying to support them and I had to pay for return which cost half the amount of shoes… bloody ridiculous. Amazon way better company bought crocs with them and a same issue return was free… LOVE Amazon… crocs are a croc! Do not order they are a total scam

NEGATIVE STARS

Do not under any circumstances purchase online from this company. They do sell all of your information to scammers. Trying to get a refund, even after paying the postal cost to send the shoes back, is impossible. I had to go thru PayPal to get a refund. Took 8 weeks only because PayPal intervened. Customer Service not only lies but gives fake accountability refund numbers. DO NOT GET SCAMMED BY THIS COMPANY! STAY AWAY!

My temu order comes faster than this.
Can’t even cancel after one minute of being placed.

I got an email stating my package was next for delivery(day 15… already annoyed) so i decided to wait in the lobby. Then a minute after courier states receiver phone number is not working cannot deliver package.
Courier did not even leave the car as the picture was the building. Not even in any hallway or lobby. Pathetic & lazy.

Go in store if you ever decide to buy crocs if not, don’t even bother

If I could give a zero I would. I ordered slippers for a Christmas gift, I had to return them as they were to small. I received a slip to mail the slippers back and they confirmed that they received it, but I never got my money back! DON'T EVER BUY FROM THEM!

No returns????

What kind of garbage business is this, the return policy is a complete scam. They don’t return “special edition shoes” but companies like sportchek and softmoc that SELL their special collaboration shoes (eg. the hello kitty crocs) can do a full return perfectly fine, what even is the point of purchasing anything from crocs. You can’t even exchange an order online for a size, you have to pay to get it sent to their address THAT THEY DONT EVEN GIVE YOU ON THE RETURN LABEL, I had to go to Reddit to even get their address. Wasted my money on this garbage, gives you the option to return in store but when you do to the store they tell you they can’t take it. Please go to a reputable business to buy these garbage shoes instead of their own website. Money hungry demons.

Worst 1st time customer service ever …

I would like to give crocs customer service a 0 … the website says hassle free returns.. why am I still trying to get the remainder of my refund from a purchase back in October and it’s now December … these people lied to me. I went to return crocs so that I can order a size up. Found out I had to pay to ship the crocs back so that was frustrating.. I had to pay $23.66 so I called to complain and I was told to send the copy of my receipt to be reimbursed.. okay great so I did that and got my reimbursement in a good time frame. My refund was $107.03 so when I finally got my refund I was given $83.37 😒 so basically they lied to me. And they are telling me that they cannot send me the remainder because they can’t reopen it but they can give me a 50% off coupon, as if I want to buy from this company again😒.. how does this make any sense ? The supervisor was supposed to call me 2 days ago and I got no call back !! Hassle free returns my ….. ! Worst service ever full of liers!!

Lost my package and say 'Wait more…But then resolved the problem

Lost my package and say 'Wait more time' with no updates on delivery date. On Crocs web site my order is shown as Delivered!
I see that tracking is still shows "Waiting for carrier pick up" after 5 days. Looks like no one cares.
Support said "wait, how long, we don't know".
I don't know what managers do there, I don't see any reactions on my compliances.

They don't answer on emails.

I tried different ways to connect and writing everywhere. Finally, I reached the manager who helped me in 15 min. Why it was so difficult with the support who work there? Looks like they have a really poor instructions how to resolve the problems

The worst customer service

The worst customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I’ll never buy from them again.
I got a pair on sale with a free shipping code and extra discount.
Arrived.
Didn’t fit.
They won’t do exchanges. So was told when I return them they will give me a new code that matches.
Did they? No.
After talking to 3 people I finally got to someone who gave me a better discount and free shipping.
Free shipping didn’t work. was told once item shipped they will refund the shipping.
Did they? No!
After taking to another 3 people I got to someone who gave me the refund….eventually. But after telling me there is NEVER free shipping. But my original order was free shipping and I spent $20.
During this. I sent some emails to them.
Tried to reply. Email bounced back (mailbox full)
Tried again today and my address was blocked. They blocked me!!!

DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Absolutely horrible customer service

Absolutely horrible customer service. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. I ordered and as soon as I did, I called them to change my order (less than 1 minute after placing the order). They accept no changes, no refunds, and will make you pay shipping even though you ordered a few minutes ago. I truly thought Crocs was a trustable brand, but AVOID THEM AT ALL COST and most importantly DO NOT ORDER ONLINE.
