Retour reçu par Crocs le 17 juillet. Réponse : "comptez 10 à 14 jours ouvrés pour un remboursement." Sérieusement ? On parle d’un simple article déjà retourné, pas d’un virement intergalactique.
En 2025, la plupart des enseignes remboursent en 48h. Chez Crocs, on préfère visiblement un petit voyage du dossier à dos de tortue entre les services. C’est original.
Bref, si vous aimez les chaussures confortables mais que vous êtes prêt à souffrir côté service client, vous êtes au bon endroit. Sinon, passez votre chemin.

Impressive. I didn’t realize issuing a refund required this level of complexity. Are they waiting for the planets to align? A lunar eclipse, perhaps?
Most companies manage this in a couple of days — some even instantly. But Crocs? They’ve apparently decided to take the scenic route through every department imaginable.
Thanks for the lesson in patience, Crocs. I’ll be sure to recommend your refund process to anyone who enjoys watching paint dry.
