Looooove the brand! But every time we buy, there is a mistake in our command… like today! I have 2 black bras and they sent me a grey bottom?! And on the website it’s still saying there is black bottom and they are my size so why did I received a grey one??

Ordered an outfit a week ago still has not shipped. Will update my review if they ship it anytime soon and if it doesn't ship and I get refund I'll be sure to give 1 star.

EDIT: it has shipped 1 week after order, hopefully it's good quality

Edit 2: I have made multiple orders and they seem to always ship in a timely manner. The clothing is good quality as well. It's quickly become one of my new favorite stores to shop at for unique clothes. Well done crooks.

I've shopped and supported this company since the beginning. I saw Snoop and Death Row might be affiliated with Crooks and Castles... sadly that isn't a good thing. I placed an order on January 20th and nothing has shipped out yet. DO NOT ORDER FROM THE ONLINE STORE. Find their stuff at Ross, Burlington and Marshall's. I'll never purchase from them again.

Bought a very nice design brown/green hoodie with a gold medusa but after 1 cold wash. The gold has come off and it looks horrible and patchy. Terrible quality clothing

Horrible customer service… two orders both times were short items and was given credit but I can only use the credits one at a time which result in shipping fees as well. I think this is a way for them to get you to buy more products to avoid the shipping fee. They complex ignore you when emailed and tbh the quality of the clothing is junk, no idea where they get off a charging such prices it looks like I sewed it lol! Starting to think they’re likely knock offs. I also got a better quality elf on a shelf from a seller in China that was on Amazon. Wouldn’t shop there again and ended up with no Christmas presents for some members of the fam.

I ordered 4 pieces and only received 3, the fourth one took a month and because of that I will have to pay twice the fee for a single purchase because I am buying from Europe. No one responds to my emails. and the sweatshirts don't have any quality, they just look like a long-sleeved t-shirt. I don't know how celebrities with the name to defend are associated with such a low brand.

Well true to their name, only send out one item of the order which meant paid high postage to uk for one item. Lied about the rest being out of stock when all showed in stock online. Should of read the reviews first.

I honestly should have checked their reviews as well. Like the majority of their customers that were screwed so was I. Their service is absolutely appalling and I would never recommend them to anyone. If you want to buy their clothes go to their many vendors but never buy online. PATHETIC!

I just got me order from Crooks and Castles and everything was perfect! I ordered more than 10 items. All pieces were included and came in within 10 days. I was worried after reading the reviews but I'm very pleased and will order from them again! Don't listen to all the negative reviews ☺️

crap company send you sizes that dont even fit correctly and then tell you "no refund policy" what a scam, clothing is crap too do not order from them

I'm seeing nothing but bad reviews. Y'all bought from a company literally called "Crooks" & Castles and I'm not sure what you thought that meant. I'm in no way sticking up for the company but come on now- the general public needs to use some common sense.

The most incompetent company to deal with. They ship items in wrong packages and you get charged way more customs than you should. Also do not ship some of your items everytime. Always mistakes. They are a joke.

Beware. Crooks n Castles are a scam company selling counterfeit cheaply made polyester blend sweats for over $100 posing as a streetwear brand. If it says embroidered logo, you may receive cheap appliqué instead and they refuse to accept return, mislead you, ignore emails etc just an example of what horrible business those crooks run. Stay away. Seriously hope they go out of business

If I could give half a star that would be generous ordered T-shirts going on 4 weeks ago they sent incorrect tracking then it took 3 weeks to get a reply from the 5 emails I sent then they tell me you can’t track the package unless I ring Canadian post & ask them where my package is I’m in Melbourne Australia.
Terrible service I personally will never spend money with these people again.

The shirts are mad so cheap there see threw like wth I get better quality shirts from the flea market don’t waste your money on these cheaply 1cent quality clothing

I placed an order a month ago, made several emails and messages in regards to my order just simply asking for order updates. After 14 messages they finally tell me that the item I ordered is now out of stock. But they took my money no problem and waited a whole month before telling me I was never gonna receive what I ordered. Sent dozens of emails to just get and automated response and then to never hear back but they can spam my email with there so called “offers” & “deals” to spend more money. Biggest scam on the earth. Don’t shop here unless you like throwing your money in the trash.

I've spent a lot of money on this site. Recieved all my stuff. Until my most recent order. Didn't show up and they won't do anything about it.

Ordered a mystery box in December they told me it was lost in transit and now I have to wait 15 days to get my money back. Don’t waste ur money with these people they are scums and don’t care about there customers
