The outreach from the company on making my design as I wanted it was fantastic. They worked hard to make the design perfect. Communication with the company, particularly Maria, was easy and response was great. I would definitely order from Cross Stitch again.

Received cross stitch with all the wrong colors. The acted like they would correct mistake but denied doing anything to correct the colors given. My dog is gray and white, colors sent had no grays or white. Didn’t correct mistake. It was expensive. Only way to correct is to buy correct colors on my own to salvage situation. I saw that this was not first time they sent wrong colors and never did anything to fix problem. Stay away!

I am very disappointed with the kit the picture I sent of a local 100 year old church colours cream browns green trees instead got a bag of 36 colours ranging from every colour including silver. I really don't know whether to waste my time starting it .

Very bad experiance. I dont want to give them even one star. I purchase a dress cost of 35k but that was faulted. The shirt was torn from front . I exchange the other dress sleeve are also faulted one is short and other is long 1.5 inches difference. Stitching also bad and rough. Damian of shirt was also not equal third class stitching. The third dress lace color is faded and also torn.

I have used this company several times and cannot fault them. Quick communication and excellent products. I would never look anywhere else for my next cross stitch.

Delivery time 16 days. The kit is amazing and it will be fun to stitch. It looks like there is enough thread since running out of it would be a problem. Not available in the US.
However the order tracking leaves a lot to be desired. No updates after several email requests. Something we are not used to. Should be vastly improved for your out of country customers.
Otherwise highly recommend this company

I ordered a personalised cross stitch of my late dog and read that it had been delivered, but it hadn't. I emailed cross stitched and got a response straight away, they tracked my package for me and made everything clear. The response time was quick and can't fault the customer service at all. Thank you.

My partner got me a cross stitch using a photograph from our holiday in Japan as a surprise for Christmas. It has arrived in perfect condition, everything was included such as small snipers, a bag full of thread, preprinted fabric and a paper map. They have also included needles and seam ripper and other sewing tools.
I cannot wait to start this project!

Please don’t fall into the same trap as me! Thought it would make a great Xmas present but they are Scammers! Doesn’t even deserve one star. Customer service blaming delivery company but still no update after 12 days. I’ll be fighting in every way to get back my money and get this scammer website closed down.

Beginning to feel scammed.

Customer service blaming delivery company and holiday period for delays. Delivery company haven't received the parcel and it's been over 7 days since parcel was "dispatched"

Wanted to order a custom made pattern. The site was a bit glitchy but overlooked that. However, when I tried to enter phone number for a discount code and nothing happened, knew something was up. Emailed to ask if they could send the discount code. They responded once and then radio silence. Terrible customer service before i had even added to cart - quitting while I am ahead, and seems the best course of action given the other reviews on here.

Received the kit promptly and it appears to be ok so far. However I requested and paid for a frame which did not arrive with the kit. I've sent 2 emails and a message through the website chasing this up but had no response, not even a "holding" reply. Happy to update this review if they ever respond satisfactorily

EDITED TO ADD: They finally got in touch and sent the frame which arrived 2 weeks after the kit. The frame is 4 strips of wood and a pack of tacks to assemble myself - no back board or glass/acrylic. Not worth the additional £20

No response, no confirmation email , money taken but no product. Emailed 3 times but no reply. Not even an acknowledgement. Will report as fraud.

The 2 cross stitch kits took about 4 weeks to arrive - in poor packaging . They were not the ones I ordered - they were Chinese cross stitch kits . I received several suspect emails - I don’t think this is a legitimate company . I shall report them to fraud - they have no telephone and are not company registered , I would suggest don’t buy from them

Good quality product. Amazing customer service! I reached out to customer service twice, once about shipping, and once about instructions/how many threads to use. I got a timely, kind response back each time. FYI the answer to how many threads to use is 3.

I would give zero stars if it was an option. Do not buy from this company.
Arrived late
It says online ideal present but all bits comes in a ziplock bag. The paper instructions were very poorly printed, they clearly needed to change the ink.
As I mentioned the packaging was very poor when it was delivered it was all screwed up and impossible to give it as a gift as the paper instructions are completely screwed up and unreadable from the ink.
I have given them two week to respond to 3 emails and zero contact. There is no number to call. After giving up I thought I’d attempt to try and rectify it by making my own instructions and realised on inspecting it cotton was missing. If they can’t be bothered to reply to my request to resend the instructions I will have no luck in requesting cotton.
Very disappointed when it would have been easily fixed via some communication.
