I would give this company a zero star…

I would give this company a zero star but it won’t let me. Ordered items on December 2nd and still have not received any information. I have sent 2 emails a few days after the order was placed requesting for a refund and cancel my order, but have not heard a word from anyone. They say email us, but another lie. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

This company is terrible. They say they are a USA company. But they are actually based in China. It took forever to get my order and it was garbage. They said I could not return or get any refund because it had been 14 days past the delivery date- that was not mentioned anywhere when I purchased it. All reruns must be sent at the customers expense back to China, and then they will evaluate if a refund is warranted.

I’m going to fight this with my back- it’s complete fraud!!!

I did ordered two shirt thought it look nice on the pictures ,I ordered it but yes ,it took too long to arrive ,I assumed was from U.S. it turn out was coming from China . I received it turn out wrong size . Decided not to ordered is not worth it to return cost more money to shipped back to China..

STAY AWAY !

Stay as far away from this company as you can. The company responds with emails so full of niceties that it melts off you computer screen. However, they cannot or will not respond to simple question. The on line store gives the impression that the store is located in the USA. However when the merchandise was received it was sized incorrectly. I requested a return shipping label and a order number since I never received an order confirmation. After 4 request I was finally offered a 30% refund or I could ship the items back to China at my expense with and order number (WHICH I STILL DON'T HAVE)

Lesson Learned

Why didn't I check Trustpilot prior to ordering. I'm looking at all of these reviews and it makes me sick. I guess I learned a $50 lesson. Never again.

They get no stars from me !

They get no stars from me !! Unfortunately I had to pick a Star. It’s almost Christmas and my order should have arrived to my residence 2 weeks ago. Its stated that it was delivered in the shop app. It was not.😡 I have emailed this so called store with no response. My daughter works for the post office and there was no shipment from this store to my residence. I will contact my bank today. And report this company to the BBB..

Received my sweater after several…

Received my sweater after several weeks. Looks like someone made it in their garage. Not even a sewn in tag for size reference. Just a paper tag pinned on. Tryin to return. Doesn't look like it will be worth it by the time they charge for shipping to CHINA!! Claiming to be an English Co. Don't get scammed like me. Look elsewhere!

Very deceptive marketing practices. Bad product

I bought a sweater for my husband from here because it looked like an American company. It's not. It's from China. Of course. It's from China. The material is cheap polyester. It's absolutely horrible. It took forever to get here for me to find out and now I will have to go and get something different. There should be a law making companies disclose where things are shipping from. I noticed even in these reviews they never say China. They just say Asia. It's totally deceptive.

Ordered in late Oct., still waiting w no support from CC

Ordered in late Oct. 2025. Shipment tracking was a world tour of ineptitude. It's Dec. 6 and still no idea of where my order is. Company only says they have requested update on tracking from USPS. Will not reimburse for non-service and significant delay. This is clearly coming from China. Bad operators and read fine print. Once you order, you will pay - refunds with you paying shipping. Delay. And lord knows the actual quality. Bad bad experience

This business is a sham

This business is a sham. The website has a Western look and feel. However, the products that I ordered were shipped from China. My size is large, and I ordered three sweaters. The ones that arrived were barely medium-sized Western. I attempted to return them, but I was told I had to ship them back to China and pay for the return, which was very expensive. I did pay the expense, but even after two months, I did not receive any refund. I checked with them, and they said they never received the items, even though USPS tracking showed the items had cleared customs in China. It has been 7 months since I returned the items, and I have still not received a refund. Do not order anything from this website. They are crooks.

I am adding to this review to address the response that the Cross and Crown have given to my review. These people have no shame. If you look at all the reviews they have got, you see many with one star because of their customer service and product quality. They take the time to respond to every one of them, and their response is always the same, apologizing for what happened and telling the customer to contact them to investigate! This is entirely bogus! If they spend time addressing customer concerns instead of wasting time responding to reviews, their customer service might improve! For everyone's information, I have done everything they say I should do in their response. I have communicated with them via email at least 6 times to no avail regarding getting the refund, and have sent them the tracking information way back when I actually returned the items. Their answer has always been the same: "We have not received the item, and there is no way for us to track the shipment in China." They are definitely not a legitimate business! I also wanted to add that I have seen a few 4-star and 5-star reviews here (I have read all the reviews). I am willing to bet that they are all fake reviews!

Never received order or a refund

Placed an order with them Nov 2nd and have yet to receive even after it shows delivered. One tracking says delivered Nov 24th and another said Dec 1st. Been in contact with them since Nov 21st and now that they claimed to have proof of delivery from SDH that does not show if it was delivered in/at mailbox or the front door they now refuse to provide a refund. Also checked my doorbell camera on both days and it shows no delivery other than Amazon on Nov 24th and no deliveries on Dec1st. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM THEY ARE A SCAM

Response to store: I have reached out and according to the last email the investigation is complete and there will be no refund issued since SDH provided proof of delivery, where is the investigation to who SDH transferred the package to? Because SDH did not deliver to my home they just shipped from China to the US and unknown who was in charge of delivery then

I ordered two different size sweaters

I ordered two different size sweaters, XXL and XXXL. I always wear XXL, but you never know. The XXXL wasn't even close to being the correct size. If we want to send them back to China then we can get 100% refund, otherwise we can keep them and get a 30% refund. Terrible products and sizes are not even close and customer service is Terrible. Do not buy this product!!!

This is a drop shipping company which item comes from China. The item ordered took almost two months to arrive. The product is poor quality material. I will never recommend or buy from this store again. Trust your local and branded store.

Long wait times, cheap quality

Long wait times, sneak in some “ shipping protection” for 4$ that you get anyway and quality? Horrible! China cheap polyester. The only thing they do well is market the terrible product fake. Return? Nope. You either return to china at your expense or get 30% off…never again!!

Returns are at buyer expense to CHINA!!

I ordered a jacket and size guide said 2X. Jacket took over a month to arrive because it shipped from CHINA! Jacket was not cut correctly. Fit in mid section but not hips. Never had a jacket fit so poorly. When I asked for a refund they pointed to their refund policy which stated I was responsible for paying for return…to CHINA!! Cheapest cost was $60! They offered me $30 refund and keep jacket, which doesn’t fit. Great. I lost $60 on a jacket I cannot wear. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Glad to hear most of you got your product

Despite the mostly negative reviews here, I’m just glad to hear you eventually received your purchase or I’d give up entirely. I ordered a jacket over five weeks ago and still don’t have it. The tracking shows it landed in Dallas (from China) two weeks ago, then went to Salt Lake City and then to Indiana. I’m in Salt Lake City! What on earth is going on. Now the tracking keeps giving updates each day that it’s in transit to the next facility, but with no details. For the last four days there’s zero update. I’m giving it another week and then deciding it’s a scam with phony tracking info. I’ll refute the charge through Visa.
