After 2 weeks now my order still hasn't shipped. I've tried contacting DBC. No reply. I want to cancel my order as they obviously are not fulfilling my order but I would lose 50% for restocking fee. I would highly recommend you purchase your items from another company that actually is wanting your business.

My car feels brand new again thanks to this brake kit. The performance is outstanding — smooth, quiet, and powerful. The premium coating still looks perfect after weeks of use. A top-quality product I’d recommend to anyone wanting a real upgrade for their vehicle.

Company seems to be out of business. I've sent a few emails and their response has been that they are updating their database. This has been over a month now. Their website is down, must be out of business. In the past, I had good success getting parts from them but no more

About the worst I have dealt with in quite a while. Placed the order and never hear about shipping, tracking or any other. After 20 days I check in and they had not even processed the order let alone shipped. said they were waiting ... then realised there was nothing to wait for. We canceled the order and wiated . no refund. finally filed a claim with PayPal and on the last day of the dispute, the refund was processed. Not sure if it was payPan or the seller. This took From Aug 5th to Sept 17, with absolutly no communication from the Company or customer service. I would definatly stay away from this group and find a reputable seller. This is not one of them.

I ordered a set of front and rear brakes pads for my 2024 Mustang GT and they sent me ones for a 2023 Mustang GT. A week later they eventually found and sent out the correct rear pads but didn't have stock on the front pads. I gave them a week to try and get front pads from their US depot. That timeline went by and still no word on the front pads. I asked for a refund on the front pads but now they keep giving me the run around.

*Update* I finally received the refund for the front pads. They couldn't get a visa refund to work. Ended up refunding using eTransfer. Took 24 days(17 business) to receive the refund.

Ordered brake pads but they were shipped late. Took twice as long as expected to arrive. Tried to return them and they ghosted me. They're not about service or customer satisfaction.

Writing review after 2 months of use. I ordered premium coated rotors and ceramic brake pads (The package received was dirty and didn't give feeling of new product) for my civic, when I got the order one set of brake pads was missing so has to wait for it. In 2 months of use the rotors have already started to rust, braking performance reduced significantly. All the extra money paid for premium products, all waste.
Worst place to buy rotors and brake pads.

I would highly recommend Disc Brakes Canada to anyone in need of high-quality brake parts. They exceeded my expectations in every way.

As the title says, the rotors are great and improved stopping tremendously. Not amazed with the pads so far. Haven't used them long enough to assess durability, but they are nothing fancy. No fancy noise absorbing backing/padding like high end pads have. Too their credit, they are quiet and I haven't observed much brake dust. Only did the back but if I am impressed in six months, I'll replace the front end with the same. 2002 Toyota Sequoia 4X4.

I've ordered many times over the last few years with no issues. Brakes are great and shipped on time. Unfortunately be sure you order the front or rears as making the mistake can be easy.

2 Stars due to someone in Montreal charging my credit card $2,900 after ordering brakes. Their facility is in Montreal.

Packaging was great shape all items were in perfect condition and arrived when they were to be here. After installing a while ago everything is going wonderful,no more st-udder faster braking response cooler rotors and wheels couldn't ask for a better performance breaking system

I had a problem with the factory rotors warping and causing a vibration when braking, particually at high speed. I had them re-surfaced but the problem always returned. I often drive from Toronto to Montreal and these already feel much better than the originals. I would buy them again!!

When I needed to replace my HONDA CITY 2011 brake rotors, I needed to be sure that I purchase the right and good product. I got one from eBay last year and with a faulty product I am too much disgusted.
I called DBC and they assured me that they will provide 1 year warranty. Convinced by the good conduct from help center I purchased one set from them. Got free delivery. Its been 3 months and working good. Hope I do not have to change my opinion regarding DBC. I lived working with them.

Got brakes and rotors for my S5 2010, drilled black, they look super nice, electro coated, the whole package for under 600$ tax in shipped. Love them, highly recommend
