Instability and disappointment

I worked at CrossLink for over three years, initially hired for two seasons before transitioning to a full-time role. Unfortunately, my time with the company ended abruptly when I was fired without any warning or explanation. Despite my dedication and hard work, I was let go on the same day without any reason provided, which was both shocking and disappointing.

The management at CrossLink is inconsistent and lacks direction. They often backtrack on decisions and policies, creating a sense of instability within the company. While they claim to value their employees and promise not to fire anyone without cause, my experience proved otherwise.

Additionally, there is a noticeable disparity in how employees are treated based on their location. Employees in California seem to have more influence and take liberties with breaks and lunches, while those in other states are left to pick up the slack with little to no input in company decisions.

While the new management in the Florida office is commendable and seems to be trying to steer things in the right direction, the overall handling of the company at the top level leaves much to be desired. It's disheartening to see how poorly the company is managed, and I worry about its future if these issues aren't addressed.

In summary, my experience at CrossLink was marred by weak management, lack of transparency, and unequal treatment of employees. I hope they can turn things around, but I can't recommend this company or their terrible software based on my experience.
