I started using Crosslist a couple months ago and honestly it’s been a game changer. I used to dread listing because it meant HOURS of copy/pasting, uploading the same pics again, and trying to rememb... See more

This is the best listing tool
This is the best listing tool I have used and have used most of them. Effortless with lots of options, built in SKU system, AI listing - Custom filter option.
Workable, but sloppy. Buyer beware.
After using Crosslist for four or five months, I have to say that I'm generally getting done what I need, but mostly dissatisfied with the service.
Some positives about the service: It is simple and intuitive and the run-up to configure and launch so that items can be cross-posted to the various platforms is VERY QUICK. You can be getting things done in a few minutes. Most configuration centers around signing up for any platforms you don't already sell on, which certainly isn't a fault of Crosslist.
The UI is straightforward, answers to questions are usually forthcoming within 24 hours directly via email (although obvious issues with the UI are sometimes pitched as "features" rather than "bugs", which is unhelpful.
The team is readily available to implement new features almost on-demand. This sounds lovely, but is very problematic. In many senses, the service isn't deployment-ready. It's ready-to-go for the bulk of basic features that a new user would want, but...
There are so very many "gotchas." After a solid month or two of use, once I found my legs and began needing some more advanced features, I started finding that these features were advertised, and that I've even paid to upgrade my account to the highest level for certain features (bulk upload & update via CSV), only to find that they hadn't ever bothered to build that feature... but had advertised it as a premium-level service, but barely built it and never tested or polished it, so it failed 100%. So, I was the unfortunate first person ever to attempt it (in March 2026). VERY DISAPPOINTING to PAY to be Crosslist's guinea pig. That's not the first incident of their developer team "rushing to rollout" something that was clearly promised from the start.
Another issue that is a problem is that the service CLAIMS to integrate with Shopify, eBay, Poshmark, Etsy, Vinted, Depop, Grailed, Facebook Marketplace, Mercari, Starluv, Woocommerce & Whatnot. This is a focus on quantity rather than quality. I signed up for half of these services just to test them out, since this tool integrated with them.
Mostly, Starluv, Vinted, Grailed & Depop are losers. Whatnot as well. Wastes of time. So, from the start the service is nearly half as valuable as it claims.
Further, and more problematic is that the service doesn't really integrate with any services other than eBay and Etsy. For all the others, it is not an integration, but rather the service requires you to keep that app open in the other window, and spoofs your account to post on your behalf. ALL platforms consider this a shady TOS violation, and Facebook will suspend you immediately... as I discovered.
Nonetheless, eBay, Etsy, Mercari, Poshmark automation is valuable. But don't expect much more than that.
If you're looking for a stable, steady, fully ready service, this ain't it. If you're looking for a service that will rush a fire drill to rollout something in under a week to meet your demand when you protest why an advertised feature doesn't work, then maybe that's for you.
The upside of the situation is that (at least for now, in mid-2026) a complaint over the way something works might just be the first time they ever heard that complaint, because nobody ever used that feature before, and they might just fix it immediately the way you asked if your idea is a good one, and you go to sleep and wake up and they've pushed an update out so it works right. That's happened to me once or twice, too.
Sounds nice? Meh. Personally, while I truly appreciate responsive and agile customer service like that, what I needed for my business use case was a service that works reliably as promised, NOT one that slows me down each time I try to use a feature because it works differently than stated, doesn't work at all, and requires ME to stop work and spend a day or three paying to assist Crosslist troubleshooting, testing and doing QA/QC on their system, or that the publishers are willing to kludge together on the fly. I hated this and am still hating it.
If you're looking for a service that's SMALL (you can't be huge and do things this way) plucky, personally available with real people to answer questions via email (that's of a lot of value today), and is growing and developing and rolling out new features (such as the rollout of the CSV upload/update feature since I started in 2/2026, as well as the "auto-detecting of sales" that also rolled out in April 2026, and the promised "auto de-listing when sold" feature that is promised, and which I'm sure they'll roll out soon enough, and the new iPhone app they also rolled out during my time with them thus far in Spring 2026 through beta testing and final rollout, then this app might be for you.
I needed something different and was at a critical business juncture, and this app wasted a lot of my time and energy and money.
Remove Backgrounds Photo FAILS & No Trial Period = WASTE OF $$$
Crosslist has a "remove backgrounds" options for their photo uploads which works horrendously. I received photos with only half of my product or parts of the background still intact. For me, thats a very important feature. If operating properly it saves a ton of time and you dont have to pay for a seperate editing app.
I signed up, tried to do a bulk upload of my 97 eBay listings to Vinted. Then started manually uploading new listings and saw the quality of the photos and automatically knew this wouldn't work for me. This was all in a 1 day period. Then I politely asked to close my account and was informed that I could not receive a refund of my monthly fee. Apparently there is NO trial period. So beware. If you sign up and hate it, you’re stuck with it for the month. You will not get a refund and at $30+ thats a lot to lose. Try Flyp, they have a free trial. My opinion is use Vendoo. It does it all for less money and it does it better!
Fantastic app and so easy to use
Fantastic app and so easy to use!
This has scaled our small business a lot!
Absolutely Fantastic Customer Support!
After moving from another platform to Crosslist, I’ve found it to be a reliable service with fantastic customer support.
The whole experience feels very smooth and well thought out and i am glad i have finally chosen Crosslist as a place to stay for the future.
I can safely and easily crosslist items across multiple platforms, and it even marks items as sold so I know which listings need to be delisted straight away.
I’m also excited to try the AI feature, which already looks like a huge time saver. For someone my age, it will really help free up more time in my day and make the whole process much easier.
A big thank you to the amazing customer support team for helping me every step of the way since joining and also for assisting me with the excellent AI feature!
Smart Pricing? Depop logs out. Pain Points.
Depop continually logs out, background remover sometimes leaves unwanted visuals in the edit, smart pricing isnt explained. I want to know if I put in I wanna sell it for 25 dollars if smart pricing radio button is on and I enter a price- is that bottom dollar price? Is there a way where I can edit the price or do I have to unlist and relist? Overall it does save time but some of the struggles are the same frustrations caused differently.
Great interface!
The platform and user interface is pretty straightforward.
Mostly good experience so far
Mostly good experience so far. Love being able to crosslist to so many platforms.
Negatives: Having to manually delist items when they sell on a platform
Takes too long when trying to post new listings
Crosslist is working very well and the…
Crosslist is working very well and the support is nearly immediate if you have a question. I'll be continuing to utilize Crosslist! Thank you!
Bulk cross listing at its finest
Your user friendly interface has made bulk cross listing so simple and quick. I love that I can also bulk edit listings too. Your chat bot is mostly on point aside from a couple of unresolved questions I've had. Developers look into issues quickly too. Main issue I have is that you don't crosslist to Poshmark US. Please get on that! Make it a priority. It would be an invaluable function and more people would use you. Thank You!
Good product but some kinks
I feel like there's still a lot of kinks left with matching shipping profiles and delisting things when they sell. But it is a helpful product so far
Giving the ability to post on all platforms at the same time!
Love the ability to list postings to several different selling platforms!
Still learning all the tools, however wish the software had the ability to automatically identify an item that has sold in any of the platforms and to quickly remove or delist that item from all the other platforms. Not sure yet if that was a built in feature, but still learning about what is available in Crosslist
Easy, Direct, no complicated process, gets the job done
I did review multiple other options, and I found them complicated, misleading, and expensive, Crosslist is simple direct and easy to use, it does the thing that I needed without too many steps or set up
Linking to Deepop on the mobile app is…
Linking to Deepop on the mobile app is a challenge. It logs out frequently having to log back in. Syncing Edited listings is not transferred to all marketplaces.
Enjoying the ease the app provides
It's an overall good app, sometimes I have a few glitches with it but that could also be part of the learning curve of the app. generally worth it for saving time listing and delisting. Watch your shipping defaults, initially it was setting all my eBay to media mail which is cheaper but only if you are shipping media
Quick and Easy to Use Website
The easy of using the website and all the marketplaces available to cross list.
The free trial is a scam
The free trial is a scam. If you create 25 listings you will have to pay even if you cancel in 3 days. The customer service is hours of wait vs 24/7 support that their competitors give. Software it's difficult to navigate and can't handle other things that other similar priced software can.

Enjoying having Crosslist do the bulk of the heavy lifting for me. Selling things on platforms I don’t normally use- love it!
great experience, but…
great experience crosslisting, very easy process, but it often categorizes clothing wrong as “bodysuits” on depop
