I buy Crosstown doughnuts from time to time. I think they're a bit hit and miss but I wanted my sister in Aberdeen to try them as she's vegan. On their website they have a page dedicated to how they now deliver to Aberdeen. There is nothing at all ambiguous about it... it refers to Aberdeen over and over again. But when I clicked to order it told me they didn't deliver there after all. I contacted them and they confirmed they didn't deliver to Aberdeen because it fell outside of their courier's coverage. They said they would take the page down with no explanation as to why it was there in the first place. It's been weeks now and it's still there. What is the point?

Do not order nationwide delivery from this company. They use an awful courier who does not respond to enquiries despite being 2+ days late following a ridiculous £9 delivery charge, then Crosstown customer services do not pick up the phone or respond to emails.

Do not rely on them for delivery before an event because there's a good chance you will be left very disappointed.

Crosstown supplied a variety of doughnuts as our wedding cake. They provided a mix of vegan and non vegan so we had options for everyone. They delivered as they said they would and the day was perfect. This was way better than cutting up a cake into small pieces, everyone loved them !

The doughnuts I'm sure would have been delicious (as Crosstown Doughnuts are always delicious), had there been any in stock! We ordered doughnuts (at 6.54pm) for pick up between 7.30-7.45pm, the order went through on the order system, (money taken, order number provided by email) and my husband set off to drive nearly 4 miles to pick the doughnuts up. Only when he was less than 5 minutes away from pick up, I got a phone call confirming all the doughnuts had sold out and there were none available. (Cue 2 very upset autistic kids...) Obviously my husband had a wasted trip. I can't understand why the online order system is not linked into the stock system.

I sent a message via the website to this effect. I got a systemised email on 26th September (4 days after the money had gone out of our account) confirming the money had been refunded and will be back in our account between 5 and 10 working days....

I really think the online order system needs upgrading to avoid these kind of disappointments.

Ordered them from Australia for my daughter living in the UK. Had no issues ordering and they were delivered as requested. She loved them and said they were deliciois.

They were all great!! Super fun flavors I haven’t had in donuts before, but they were delicious!

My partner has an egg allergy and we struggled to find bakers that cater for allergies. We have crosstown regularly and found out they do tiered doughnuts, so this is as a non brainer for our wedding. Definitely more fun than a standard cake, it looked absolutely awesome and tasted brilliant, all 80 of them were devoured by all our guests!

Great customer service, great quality product and efficient delivery! We had 500+ very happy attendees at our event.

Website was easy to order on and as I needed to rearrange the order customer services were brilliant when I got them on the phone as I had no response when I emailed. Recipient was delighted with the doughnuts and they were fresh and delicious.

The whole process was easy and it all went smoothly. The donuts were delicious and everyone loved them!! The display looked great and we had people begging to eat them all day!

Our wedding doughnut tower was incredible! As fresh as they could be and super yummy! (Even after the long drive to our venue in Dorset!!)
All of our guests were astounded and thoroughly enjoyed them to the last crumb, We also cannot fault the communication and care from Beattie and her team!

We were very disappointed by the selection box of donuts. They were more like bagels with some icing on top.. The chocolate tasted too sickly.. All varieties had the same muted taste. Not at all what you would expect. I was expecting dunkin donut taste and quality. But what you get is a 'healthy' strange bread with poppy seeds in it.. No fried greese it's all very disappointing.. And not at all worth the over inflated price. Never would I ever get these again.

Great tasting product, but delivered product was melted on top

I sent the donuts as a treat to my sons work experience employers. They loved them and invited him back!

Amazing quality! Just very pricey

The doughnuts, a birthday gift for our daughter who is currently recovering from a broken foot, were delivered in good time and good order. She was hugely cheered by the gift and says the doughnuts were delicious. Thnk you very much.
