I ordered a shower screen 3 weeks ago. When asking if it’s in stock I assured it was and will be delivered within 7 days.
Still no shower enclosure, promised it will be delivered yesterday. Still nothing. Can’t get through to anybody.
Happy to take my money though. No problems with there card machines.
crosswater's quadrant shower enclosure (caqds0900). Extremely difficult to assemble the frame. I used an experienced trades person and his assessment was the frame assembly was hard work. I was disappointed since crosswater is not a budget brand so one would expect the assembly to be better designed
I recently had dealings with Cheyenne Anderson. She was so helpful and knew what she was talking about. I would recommend that if you need help from Crosswater, talk to Cheyenne.
