Very speedy order dispatch and delivery. One of the items was the wrong colour, but it was sorted really quickly: I got my item the next day and kept the wrong one too (it was an inexpensive planter, but I was very pleased with how Crowder's dealt with it).

Very good plant, very good service
Although I only purchased one dwarf conifer on this occasion, the plant was particularly good quality and the packaging was exceptional. Although the time from ordering to dispatch was perhaps a little longer than some people are used to nowadays, this is an old established firm who take their time and do things properly.

Late delivery and poor quality plant
I had trouble sourcing this plant but eventually found one on the Crowders website. Ordered 19th November as a Christmas gift for my mother. Pre-warned that delivery would take 2-3 weeks. Chased 19th December and was told plant sourced but not available for despatch. No apology. Changed delivery address to my mother's address in case it came after I was seeing her (she lives far away). Chased again 30th December, this time got an apology and was told plant would be despatched after 3rd January. Plant eventually arrived 4/5th January and was pretty poor quality. Luckily my mother has very green fingers so rather than complain and send it back she has decided to try to nurture it.
