Pointless

I used Crowdfire about 5 years ago, and I found it to be a "nice" tool for building my Social media followers. I tried using it again today and found the App 100% pointless. With all of the setup time it takes, I could do this work manually. Waste of time.

We receive multiple (Affiliate) spam…

We receive multiple (Affiliate) spam emails daily from this company. I have even reached out and asked them to remove us from their target lists. At this point, even if they had a great product, I would never use or trust their company. Hands down #1 Spammer online!

They keep withdrawing my money even after the cancellation

In 2018 I bought the app and I used it for a while, but after a year I decided the app is not a useful tool for me anymore, so I cancelled my year subscription. However from 2019 until now they still take my money. I sent them an email, tried to solve it, but I’ve been told it’s not a mistake on their side that I should contact my bank or Apple. Unfortunately no one was able to help me until now and my bank is convinced it’s on Crowdfire side since I subscribed there directly. Is there really no way how to stop this and get my money back? I am already minus 240USD because of this “mistake” and it keeps going.. So unless someone will be willing to solve my problem, I can’t recommend this app. I am sorry.

Malicious, offensive, threatening, obnoxious.

Malicious, offensive, threatening, obnoxious. This company has been spamming our business through many channels for MONTHS. We have received offensive and threatening messages through email, linkedIn, and through our website messaging app. Due to the nature of these messages, we have contacted authorities and are seeking legal action.

Endless Spam and terrible experience

Endless Spam without any option to opt-out. Sending from hundreds of fake emails, no responses, constant spam and harassment. Will take legal action. These guys are why people hate email marketing and they are what’s wrong with the internet! Terrible job, awful job!

A shameless Spammy company

These guys are spamming us with different emails, every single day, so we have no way of opt-out of their spam. The way you market yourself is usually the best version of you, and if this is them in the best light, I wouldn't want to know how they are to work with.

Spammiest company on earth?

Crowdfire is one of the spammiest companies on earth, sending dozens of promotional emails through hundreds of different spam email accounts on a daily basis.

Would highly recommend avoiding them. Their business practices are so bad it ruins any confidence in their product.

Spammers...

Besides awful reviews for the product this company is not CAN-Spam compliant and will spam you multiple times daily from different email addresses so you can't opt-out. Shameful.

They don't delete your data nor you get answer

I wanted to try Crowdfire (first the free version), but it wasn't I needed and so I cancelled the accounts associated and I expected them, like they write in the FAQ, to eliminate my data. As it seems, they do nothing like this, as I get lots of ads, nor do they answer to three e-mails I wrote to ask them to do so. It's a shame. I wonder if there are people working or if this is only a person who created this app and doesn't care about the users any more, only about his benefit. Oh, I have just sent the last mail to their e-mail below (until now I wrote to "Sam from Crowdfire" - you can't see if it is a no-reply-e-mail) and I get an automatic answer, that I won't get a support as I don't have a paid subscription!!!
