Thank you for responding to my review, however I have been emailing that email address that you listed many times while I tried to sort this out. When the person I was emailing with wasn’t responding I also sent my emails to that address as well and have not heard back.
I paid for the premium plan and in over 14 months did not reach the number of followers promoted/advertised for just 1 month alone. Followers we would get were either bots or accounts that had no posts of their own or only 2-6 photos of the same thing - they were not organic followers and certainly not accounts that would be interested in our social media. I was constantly having to email back and forth because nothing was happening and their extra add-ons were not working. These rarely ever worked and not worth the time trying to sort it out with the company. When I went to cancel the subscription I got in writing that there would be no further charges yet they still charged my credit card a couple hours later. After a couple days of back and forth trying to sort this out they just started ignoring me and I haven’t heard from them since. As good as stealing. So disappointing and I wish I had never used their platform.

I sent multiple emails throughout the year asking when they would deliver what I had paid for; they answered with the same formulaic messages each time, which said nothing and ultimately never committed to delivering what they promised. As soon as my membership ended, I started losing the followers. They'll probably reply to this review with some excuses. Don't waste your money, don't trust them. Your account will only suffer from having a bunch of fake followers who never engage and never like any of your posts. The algorithm will decide that your posts are not worth sharing if they're regularly ignored by your followers. My views went down, and my account was killed by this service. I spent so much time trying to make it work, posting every day, reaching out to these people multiple times to understand what was going on. For the whole year, on my Crowd Ignite profile page it showed "data coming up," but I never got to see the data. They said the service was coming up, but that was another of their lies. I spent time, money, and energy, only to end up with a dead account. They're not a real service, no ethics.

Foolish to do Business with Crowd Ignite
Olivia Fletcher, a crowd ignite manager and I are going back and forth through email. It seems their system makes mistakes. At this time, I’m disputing the involvement with this system and will continue to dispute it. Crowd ignite is not a good system. Plus they automatically upgrade you after a year. Which is interesting as they can’t provide details to how that happened either?
Crowd ignite should not be trusted.
The following is the dispute for public records so that people may understand this is not a good company.

necessary to demonstrate my affirmative authorization of this charge and

produce documentary evidence of my consent.
Update to add— apparently Crowd Ignite received numerous 5 star reviews but TRUSTPilot realized they were fake. Thank you to Trust Pilot for stopping the fake reviews.
Updated - Crowd Ignite continues to fight my credit owed to me. Their statement of “we no longer hold those funds” is incorrect. I received paperwork from the bank and Crowd ignite has requested the funds be returned to them. Thus I was charged again.

This Business Is a scam, they use bots to boost likes and will charge credit cards that you remove from the file. I had to dispute 2 amounts with them and their support team doesn't do anything.
Avoid this business at all costs.
They use bots to try and boost followers, my IG account has been on 1800 followers for over a year AFTER I purchased their "services". its nothing more than a cash grab business with fake reviews peppered all over their website. Don't trust the bot reviews or this business. it does not work and they will keep charging you after you cancel. I had to do 2 disputes with them so far with my bank and even had to cancel my entire credit card account. the people who run this business should be criminaly charged.

iI signed up for the standard package that promised 1,500-2,500 new insta followers a month. In 1 month, I only received 350 total followers. When I reached out, they told me to ass more hashtags to target...I did, made no difference.

I purchased the monthly premium plan with Crowd Ignite where they promise 2500 to 3500 followers per month. At the end of the month, I only gained around 400 followers. When I enquired with them to ask for a refund as they didn't deliver what I paid for, they told me they don't offer refunds and that followers are not guaranteed. Ofcourse, they don't mention that anywhere when making a purchase or on their website. Please save your money and avoid this company. Just another scam!
