Went to buy chairs, found what I wanted went to desk to ask some question three staff talking was ignored for 5 minutes so gave up & walked out .off to pioneer we go🤣

Brought a used caravan 1 year ago, just had it inspected by a credited company with a report and licensed to do a proper damp test not a report done onA4 paper with signature . The report has picked up not minor problems but major ones, seems someone has tried to hide cracks with go faster tape, bodge jobs on the floor, if you buy a used caravan from them make sure you have it inspected thoroughly don’t be fooled by the smileys your just another sucker

I’m responding to the comments made by Crowland caravans and camping regarding my purchase of a 2019 Lunar Quasar on Google review.
Matthew’s comments are either half truths or downright lies.
There are not always two sides to each story.
The caravan was not fit for retail sale, the damage to the roof being so severe, there was a nine inch open crack in the rear panel and the caravan had water ingress in the front and rear.
Matthew told me they were not willing to buy the caravan back.
He also said water ingress was not covered in the warranty.
This caravan was not fit for sale, it was not of sufficient quality, not fit for purpose and not as described, I was not told about the failed repairs to the roof.
The caravan had already been back to them once with regard to a faulty motor mover, this they failed to remedy.
I had been totally conned by them, I had no confidence in Crowland caravans.
Beware before buying from them!

Ordered a set of caravan mirrors. The wrong ones were sent. Returned them for an agreed refund but am struggling to get them to pay the return postage. Despite repeated promises no refund is forthcoming. A poor experience. Consider going elsewhere

I was a little apprehensive buying from this site as the website was not professional looking and they only took PayPal which seems strange for a company that is trying to appear large. Also there was no Trustpilot reviews.
However my 5 star rating is based on my experience which was excellent. The product I purchased was good value. I paid extra for a 2 day delivery service but the item turned up the following day, I believe this was probable due to that they immediately processed my order.
I have not had to use their customer service and so can’t comment on that side of the company.
I would be happy to use again
