Massive thanks to Jorby from Crown Awnings
We’ve been having some issues with our 4 year old canopy & having trouble getting anyone out
In the end we set about a repair job by ourselves & Jorby one of the Crown engineers talked to us over the phone, & led us through a series scenarios
With his help we we were able to fix a design issue on the main motors ( bolts coming out through vibration & causing the roof to not open or close ) & then to reset the canopy parameters
He deserves a massive thank you 🙏
