Mate turned me onto these guys about 6 months ago, and for a while they were my preferred choice. The deposit and withdraw process is unmatched. Being able to deposit with PayID, and also withdraw instantly made these guys stand out.
To their credit, there are some highlights that are worth mentioning:

- Huge range of games and providers available, including ones that I find down at my local pub (Aus). Big Red, More Chili, Golden Century etc etc.

- Perks are pretty good, especially the daily cash back and weekly cash back. A lot also don't require turnover, so worth having a look at.

- Verification is simple, no waiting days etc etc, sign-up with mobile number and you're set. Makes deposit and withdraw incredibly easy.

There's more I haven't mentioned, but it's not the review i'm writing. 6 months later, a very decent amount wagered, and unfortunately these guys have now become one of the worst ones to use. And where do I begin.

- You'll never see coin features go off, so don't even waste the time. One of the providers they pump up is 3 Oaks, with 99% of the games being hold & win coin features. To this day, I haven't seen this feature drop ever. I have had the coin feature 'filled' now for months. Minimum hit is $1, I usually hit $2 - $5, and probably close to 1,500 hits it hasn't gone off once. This meter has been full, filled, 'held' or whatever you want to call it for about 55 days now. And the feature doesn't ever pop. For some reason, your balance won't ever go up much or down much, you'll smash $2 hits for an hour, and pretty much end up at the same balance. It's just a really shady element to the casino that leaves a bad taste in the mouth.

- There's definitely tweaked and adjusted outcomes across most games. As a pokies player of 20+ years, i'm very familiar with what a standard degenerate weekend of smashing pineapple's through a machine looks like. You'll go multiple deposit sessions without a single feature. Nothing. Nada. I'm not joking. I burnt through close to $400 on a Saturday a month or so ago, and it didn't return a single feature across 50c hits, $1 hits, or even $2.50 hits. Not a single feature. This becomes so painfully evident after a short while, and after returning to a couple of my usual online sites the difference is stark.

- Be VERY careful of in-game bonuses that pop-up when you play with certain providers. There's no terms & conditions outlined anywhere, you can't find the details of these 'bonuses' anywhere at all, it simply says '10 free games'. The catch? It's 10 free games at 1c hits. $0.01 hits. And you then have to rollover the balance so enjoy spending an hour with customer service trying to understand what happened because they do not provide any details for these in-game 'bonuses', or any win conditions that may be attached.

- I'm comfortable with my losses versus my income, and so will never ask for bonuses, credit, free games etc etc. I understand what gambling is, and as a veteran Australian pokies player of 20+ years, I know i'm not winning 99.9% of the time. Raising a concern with customer service about legitimate issues surrounding lack of clear information, or available details, or games that aren't working as intended (such as my $1,500+ hold & win that won't ever go off), results in the exact same response. "Sorry, that's gambling". It's always concerning when feedback, particularly feedback that specifically says I DO NOT WANT COMPENSATION, BUT PLEASE REVIEW 'X' AS IT'S RETURNING A POOR PLAYER EXPERIENCE, is met with 'Na dats gambling'. They've acknowledged with me the amount of complaints received about a particular provider, and to this day, it's still one of their most pushed providers.

Overall, on the surface it's an experience that's hard to say no to, but one that quickly falls apart.
