Baught 3 flat caps ,didn't come up correct size been trying to return, no phone number ,and they won't answer there emails ,now unable to return with certainty ill get refunded ,dont buy
I ordered a bakerboy hat, 2 shirts and a bag, total cost over £100. The hat is poor quality, the shirts are made from polyester when I was told they were cotton, the bag is plastic and faux suede when it said on the website it was suede. I have emailed the company asking for a full refund. I shall update if I get a reply but I’m not holding my breath. Absolute scam!!!
I bought a Baker Boy hat which was listed as premium quality. It arrived today and it is an extremely poor quality for a so called tweed hat. Horrible lining inside and as light as a feather. I have asked for a refund but see that the item needs to be returned to their central Asia warehouse at cost to the customer- what a shoddy outfit!!!
Ordered as a Christmas present based on the the website stating "arrives before xmas". Royal mail tracked 48 ordered 20/12/25. Arrived 30/12/25. Endless updates on tracking regarding airport couriers so comes from overseas. Product is cheaply made, hats dont even have a lining like any quality hat made in the UK. Comes packed in a small zip lock bag, can easily be folded into one hand given how flimsy it is. Not a premium product, not a premium service. £50 for a hat of this quality is absolute robbery. I own several hats of this type, one very similar purchased from M&S for a fraction of the price which is so much better.
