I had a balance of just over $100.00 that I had just deposited. I played a new game and in the bottom right corner it said my spin was $1.00. It turned into an $88.00 spin. I guess it gives the option of how many coins you click on. It is very misleading. I contacted customer support as my heart dropped when I realized I just lost $88.00 in one spin. In my entire history of playing on Crown Coins I have never placed a bet over $5.00, and that is very rare. It is usually in the range of 50 cents to $2.00. It has now been almost 24 hours with no response from a "human agent". I have played Crown Coins for a number of years now, but will not play again. It should be crystal clear how much your bet is.

Feedback on crowncoins cookout: The game is quite a bit of fun, I do have a minor notes that I would like to see implemented. The Hamburger bonus: I feel the game should have a slightly raised chance to give line hits every time I've hit the bonus it has always been a very low return. I would suggest lowering the hit rate for the bonus itself just a bit and raise the in bonus line hit rate a minor bit. I haven't hit the sausage bonus yet so I can't speak to that bonus yet. But all in all, it has been quite a bit of fun!
