I reported a serious and ongoing…

I reported a serious and ongoing security breach involving my account at CrownEquityPro to ACDAdvisorsLLC, who have already handled their part responsibly. Multiple unauthorized withdrawal attempts were made on my account, transactions I neither approved nor recognized. What makes this even more disturbing is that my login details were never shared with anyone other than my assigned account manager. After his departure from the brokerage, suspicious activity suddenly began circling my account like wolves around an open gate.

From the very first sign of trouble, I raised the alarm loudly and repeatedly. I urgently demanded that my account be frozen and that my funds be returned immediately to prevent further damage. Any responsible financial institution would understand that when smoke starts pouring from the windows, you do not stand around asking whether there is really a fire. Yet despite being formally notified of an active security threat, CrownEquityPro failed to take swift action to secure my account.

To this moment, they have failed to properly lock the account or provide meaningful reassurance while unauthorized activity continues to threaten my assets in real time. Watching a company remain slow to react while a client pleads for protection feels like being left to weather the storm without shelter.

This is more than poor customer service, it reflects a deeply troubling level of negligence in handling a financial crisis. When clients report active breaches, the response should be immediate, transparent, and decisive. Instead, I was met with delay, silence, and a shocking lack of urgency while my funds remained exposed.

People place their hard-earned money, trust, and peace of mind into the hands of financial platforms believing those institutions will protect them when things go wrong. But a chain is only as strong as its weakest link, and when security warnings are ignored during a live threat, trust begins to crumble brick by brick.

I urge others to proceed with caution. If a platform cannot act swiftly when unauthorized access and withdrawal attempts are reported in real time, even after repeated requests to freeze the account and release funds, then clients are left carrying the risk alone.

At the end of the day, money can be recovered, but trust, once broken, is a hard mirror to piece back together.
