I submitted a 'Contact Us' query at about 02:00am and received a phone call at 09:30 from Mohammed, a Crown Credit Controller, who was very polite, friendly and efficient. He provided an answer to my question immediately and then talked me through the on-line system to ensure that my problem was resolved.

Had a very positive experience with Crown Gas, and Helen Prichard in particular was very professional efficient and supportive, so genuine thanks to her for all her efforts. I have moved providers now and only wish I had stayed with Crown!

Avoid this company at all costs, they have dealings with brokers who falsify information creating spoof contracts on empty premises to supply gas, they then force new owners into deemed contracts claiming they were the original supplier for the gas. They then force entry into the premises without a valid Warrant and remove a gas meter's to which they have no right. Also damaging my property that was clearly under renovation ? They then send court threatening letters for payment for these services without even being able to prove where the contract came from who signed it or even prove you had a valid warrant to enter the property. The complaints department is an absolute shambles they fail to reply to emails and do not provide proof of the requested information within the complaint ?. Dodgy chancers #Stear well clear
